NillSketchy & dirty. First thing we noticed was the rooms were not that clean. Floor looks like it's never seen a mop. The room smelled like cigarettes. Sheets were stained and my sister's room the sheets were dirty. Noisy! You can hear everything. If you can afford more then stay elsewhere. The only plus was the bed was decent.

NillThe front desk lady was amazing with me all thru my stay. All of the members of the team were amazing and very polite and helpful. The handicap room was perfect. Had a chair in the shower and bars to hold onto. A fridge and microwave. There was a stain on the floor from cleaner spilt. I was not only told before i got to the room but apologized to. These people deserve the respect they give out given back at them. The stay was worth it and i will be staying here everytime im in billings montana. Thank you so much. Oh ya the bed was amazing also.

NillTerrible Experience. First, had to wait over 1 hr before a desk clerk could check us in. (I spoke to a creepy guy in the lobby waiting for staff.). 2nd when the desk clerk showed up with facial tattoos & facial piercings, to a room where I couldn't even navigate to, due to 6" of snow & ice on the steps. I sought a refund. Being close to the hospital & clinic was no longer important, nor the lower room rate. Keep researching!

NillWe didn’t have a good experience with our rooms, but the staff was helpful to try and resolve them the issues. We first had room 205. The shower didn’t have hot water and the electrical panel for it was open, there was hair in it, the room floor was dirty, and the bed cover had stains and we assume wasn’t washed. We told them about the shower so they gave us room 204. The beds weren’t made so we used the shower, and slept in 205. There are two sides to the building, so two lots. You park in the lot and walk up to the rooms through a side door that isn’t locked, so anyone has access to the hallway.

NillWhere to begin. Front desk was all over the place and short with me and rude. Charged 100 deposit which I still have not received back a week later. Rooms were run down and not the cleanest. I can live with all that. What I can’t live with is on the 3rd or 4th night I had to call police services as I thought a few ppl were gonna come in my room. Could hear them trying the door handle and talking, also could hear them moving around what sounded like the rafters below me. kinda spooked me and good thing nobody did force entry because me and my AR were more than ready to meet n greet. This place sketched me out so much I checked out 2 days early and forfeited any kind of refund. Just wanted out of there. Hands down would sleep on the street before going back to these guys. First thing on the morning @6am someone banging on the ground with a shovel what sounded like right I until side my door. And banging on rafters and stuff around my room all night long. At one point pretty sure I heard several gunshots as well. Hands down run. Not even once.

NillThe motel was about what I expected based on the price. Very basic, but I chose to book there because of proximity to the airport. On our return trip, the shuttle picked us up promptly, though it was 2 a.m. As we were walking to the upper level of the motel to our vehicle, I tripped on an exposed water shut-off valve that was in the middle of the sidewalk. That particular area was completely unlit. When I fell, I tore my rotator cuff, which had to be surgically repaired. The property owner has refused to even talk to me about their responsibility to mitigate this hazard. I'm wondering if this has happened to another guest, or perhaps even an employee.

NillLikely there is a bigger dump of a motel in Billings, but I would want to ever see it. Advertise airport shuttle, but when I called at 10:40 they said the current person at the office had no drivers license. Said a driver could come after 11pm and she would try to get her to come earlier. So as not to miss it if they came before 11 I had to stand outside in 20 degree temperatures with 15 mph winds. At 11:10 my ride arrived. Nobody gets out of car so I went ahead and opened back hatch to put my luggage in and closed it and went and got in. No apologies, mostly silence. Room was OK. Outside area looks a lot like a dump. The breakfast has to be the worst of any Choice Hotel in America. No reason to ever stay there except you can park your vehicle under a carport for $3 a night when going to airport (if you can get a ride). Which reminds me. There was a leak (maybe a toilet running over or such) in room above my parking space in carport. Huge bunch of sheetrock collapsed mostly between my truck and car next door. Losts of sheetrock and insulation in back of my truck. The main portion still scattered all over the floor as no one had bothered to clean it up. But fits right in to all the other junk

NillThe room was halfway decent, now don't get me wrong, there are going to be some cons, but this place is a mixture between a hotel and a motel and it's a great place to go relax for a few days if you're new to town or just needing somewhere to go for the cheapest price. The location is right near downtown and a KFC is nearby for chicken lovers, but the fact that it is right next to a casino and loud hospital helicopters, 3 stars... Now for the room, it had a couple of cockroaches near the sink, easy 2 stars, but no where else. No bed bugs, like motel 6 (1 star) This is a better place than the Vegas and Motel 6 in town, but has a better price too! The person at the desk that was there very respectful and responsive and communicated amazing (company/customer) response. Couldn't get her name, but she wore glasses. She was very truthful with me which is always something great. If you're not too picky, and low on a budget, I would highly recommend this place!
