NillThey have very friendly staff at all levels. The bathroom fan was noisy and couldn't be turned off. Beds were comfortable, pillows were ok. The turn in is easy to miss as the hotel is set back from the road.

NillWhile the staff was very friendly and seemed helpful, after 4 phone called to be sure my 94 year old father would be safe and comfortable, none of my requests were fulfilled. We did not get adjoining rooms and instead had to have rooms across the hall from each other; had to work hard at getting first floor rooms; the rooms were not close to the banquet event but clear across the building making it a difficult and somewhat long trek pushing a wheelchairs. Also, after having been assured an easy chair could be provided, after a couple inquiries upon arrival I was told “we don’t do that.”

NillCan't really give a true review since I was only there for a birthday party for my daughter and we went straight to the pool area. Seems clean and nice inside.

NillI'm here almost every other day for work and showers always cold, always some type of noise. I'm a driver and need sleep and can't get 4hrs a sleep. Between construction, dogs barking, people loud in always, fire alarm testing. Just blows.otherwise the rooms aren't to bad the staff for most part are very nice some don't know there jobs and ok work out center and nice pool and slides with hot tub. Right now I hear some one fing bang on the wall with hammer or something like smfh.

NillThe hotel may be aging. But management is doing great things to bring new life to it. Staff were all kind and courteous. Common areas are recently remodeled and feel very comfortable. Room was clean and functional and had been updated. It was an older style room, but the beds were quite comfortable. If there was one negative, the wind blowing outside the window was rather loud, but was drowned out by the even louder (white noise) air conditioning. The amenities this hotel offers are excellent and worked perfectly for our family on a camping road trip (we were running late and it looked like storms so we didn’t want to set up our tent). The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. The quantity was certainly enough that we could split four meals three ways and still have leftovers. The kids LOVED the pool and waterslides. I enjoyed the bar, James was very friendly and happy to talk about the area, and the local brews on tap. This was while we also got our laundry done, saving us time at our next stop. I found this hotel the day of and used a cheap rate I found online. This hotel is large (with a large outdoor courtyard in the middle) and our room was located at the very back (which I get because I used a cheap rate), but aside from the walk, staff was friendly, hotel was generally quiet and most importantly, everything looked well maintained. If we are ever in the Billings area again, this will certainly be the first place we will try to stay.

NillThe woman I just spoke to was very rude and didn't seem to concern herself with anything that my daughter was allergic to. I think she put the toothpicks very hateful and inconsiderate

NillI found roaches in the kitchen, the hot tub reeked of urine, and they steal from their customers and their employees. Their need to hide all the theft and unsanitary practices is disgusting to say the least.

★★★★The beds were fantastic! So comfortable! My kids thought the sheets were itchy but we did not. They had been swimming a lot though so my guess is they had dry skin! The pool with two slides is amazing and what made us pick this hotel on our road trip out West. I would not pick it if you do not have kids!!!! The hot tub is one you would find in your back yard and not very big. The hotel itself is out dated. Lots of construction so my guess is they are updating. The room was updated and nice enough. Not super clean in the bathroom but only in places where it doesn’t really matter (base of toilet). Nice fridge and microwave and extra room for us to have a cot (we bought) set up for one of our kiddos. Friendly and amazing staff. We asked for the slides to get turned on and they did it within 5 minutes. Walls/floors are thin and we could hear the people below us in the convention center room but they were done at 10 and it was fine the rest of the night. Stay with kids!!!! Maybe skip if you don’t have them along because you won’t want to go to the pool area.
