NillThe room was fine, but do not sign up for their rewards program. I was there last night and from last night, and before I signed up I asked if they sold the info, she assured me they didn’t. today I’ve been barraged with texts and calls telling me I showed interest in buying a car or enrolling in college.

NillCustomer service was absolutely amazing!! Jenn checked us in super quick and could tell we were exhausted. She was so helpful and beyond kind. When we woke up she was working outside on landscaping. Definitely the kind of employee I would want and would love to work with. Rooms were clean and comfortable and perfect for the 8 hours we were there. Can't beat the price compared to others for the shirt stay. If ever driving though and needing a place to stay I would definitely stay here again. We also had pets and they were super accommodating and had a nice area for them to roam.

★★★★★The beds are comfortable. The room and hotel are exceptionally clean|Adam, GM, and his staff go above and beyond. |From the moment I checked in, until I checked out, I was treated as if I was stating with good friends! |I do have one con....they took the dishes out. Part of the reason for staying there is to b able to buy groceries and cook in your room

NillI wasn't impressed... First, the good: The bed was comfortable, with 4 pillows, comforter, and a throw blanket. Nice touch. The room had a recliner, something that isn't standard, so kudos there. More than enough outlets to get the job done, and I travel with a lot of gear. Fridge was a good size and the ice maker worked. Hardwire internet available for a faster connection and not having to rely on the hotel wifi. Most hotels are moving away from this, so this is a nice thing to have when traveling for work and/or you want to set up your own wifi. Hotel is pet friendly with a grassy area around back to walk your pups and baggies so you can pick up after them. (Please use these) Free coffee in the lobby and the staff was friendly and courteous. Now is when things get rough: Booked this hotel several months prior to my arrival, for business. I was given one of their "pet rooms" even though I was not staying with a pet, nor did I request it at the time of reservation or check-in. Upon entering, i was immediately, I was hit with a bad odor. I opened the windows and cracked the door to allow for fresh air, and I became "nose blind". When I left and returned, odor was still there. No amount of Fabreeze touched this, the odor kept coming back. And it was like this for my entire stay. Now, this is partially my fault. I could have requested another room (if it was available), or simply went to a different hotel, but I didn't. I kept thinking I could fix the problem. I couldn't. Upon check-out, I informed them of the issue. They knew that the room had an odor and acknowledged that they were surprised I was even assigned that room... but offered nothing for compensation. Again, probably my fault for not bringing it up earlier, but I wonder if anything would have been done considering they were well aware of the problem. The thing that really surprises me, though, is that they knew they had a problem and have done nothing. Now, all of my gear and bags have that odor that I have to try and get rid of. Thanks My Place - Billings. Also, for an extended stay hotel, there were no dishes, cups (other than disposable), silverware, pots, pans, etc. outfitted in the room. Oh, you could purchase all that stuff down front, but at a very inflated price. Even if I had my own stuff, I'm hand washing everything and propping it up against the wall to dry, because there isn't even a drying rack either. No scrub brush, though they do provide a dish rag and a dish towel (with is just their bath towels that they can't get white anymore). If you really want that "home away from home" feel, with the flexibility of cooking at the room, this is NOT the place. The interior of the drawers were dirty with remnants of the previous tenant(s) and potentially their pets. There was also hair in the shower, and the microwave was a little on the "icky" side. The range burners were not the cleanest, though I didn't use them, nor did I want to. A rinse of the shower and a little spring cleaning on my part squared most of it away, and the room was cleaner (less the unrelenting odor). Cleaning staff needs to be a little more diligent in making these rooms ready for the next tennants. I mentioned the dog-run earlier. Again, pick up after your dogs, because the hotel staff will NOT be doing that. There were several piles in the grass right by the parking lot. Made loading and unloading my gear a little dodgey, to say the least. I'm a dog owner, but I respect others and the places that accommodate them. I just ask that you do as well. But, staff, have a little pride in your establishment. Perhaps spend 15 minutes checking things out in the morning / evening. Not every Tennant is as considerate as you'd hope. Do a double check. In the end: I can work with a lot, and i really tried to make it work here, but in the end, the negatives greatly outweighed the positives. I can't speak for all My Place hotels, but as for this one, I can assure that I will NOT be returning.

★★★★★We recently stayed at the Hotel for two nights as our vehicle was being repaired, and found the staff and GM Adam, to be inexpensive, exceptionally accommodating, and friendly. The room was very clean and had a full complement of Kitchen essentials, like a full electric stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We will be staying here on our next trip to Montana, and I will be checking out the Freestone (non-runoff) streams in the area. TY, Dave, and Brenda
