NillI travel a lot and I’ve always stay in a Hilton hotel. This Hampton though… felt like a days inn. Seriously. The mattresses were really old spring mattresses with zero support. We sank 7-8 INCHES into the bed when sitting. I was sinking so much that it kept feeling like I was going to roll off. The pillows you could buy on Amazon for literally $5! lol Yes I looked them up. Our room had none of the usual coffee and tea in it, but had one cup and the cheap $5 coffee maker. The iron didn’t work. The toilet paper, I swear they bought it from a local truck stop (1 ply). I’ve been in Hamptons that felt grand. You felt like you were getting your moneys worth. For the $179 a night here… We would have done better sleeping at a super 8. The only… ONLY good things about this place was the night staff at the desk and the morning staff, was super friendly and kind. I asked for a couple things and they were very helpful. This review should not reflect them at all. This is directly at the cheap decisions of the ownership.

NillSpent one night at this hotel on our cross country road trip in September. After receiving our room key, we went to the room we were given only to find it was being used. Returned to the front counter, explained what was found and was given a different room. Room was decent, but didn’t have the king bed we reserved. Breakfast was good with various hot options to choose from. In the morning when we checked out, the clerk asked us how our stay was. After telling her about the room issue, the manager who was standing nearby comped us the room we had at no charge. Thank you Billings Hampton Inn for taking care of us during our stay.

NillI've been traveling for 30 yrs. Night staff was great. Housekeeping staff was rude, didn't respect our late checkout. Then, after the housekeeper stole my property, I was asked to leave. Their motto is making customers smile? Not this one. Don't bother with these people.

★★Spent over $250 dollars on a room for one night and they I guess they thought trying to serve me fake bs breakfast was okay. |Get a cook, people are paying a lot of money for your very mediocre rooms.|Their rooms were very comparable to a 100 dollar a night hotel. Breakfast was the same as what you’d find at a budget hotel. This particular Hampton Inn is not a very nice one. Did not have hot water in shower either.

★★★I have no idea how people could rate this hotel more than a 3.5. Our room smelled badly of musty socks. The train sounds were fine for us, but it was all night long. The rooms were hardly cleaned, the carpet was stained and the showers were full of pink mildew. We paid way too much for this bad of a room. The staff was nice, but man the room just sucked. I’m glad I brought my own Clorox wipes, people wipe down your headboards, I about gagged and I truly wished I would have brought febreeze.

NillBest Hotel in Billings!! I stayed at a lot of hotels the week I stayed. And this place is so Noteworthy I had to write this weeks later. I wish I had stayed here before. And I will tell you why. This place is run and worked by mainly our Seniors, our older generation they do a better job than any other hotel around with the young lazy entitled people. These guys have intelligence and wisdom to do things right the first time. To set you up in a room you need. The beds are soft and have full sized pillows. The rooms are clean. The older guy in the red bandana speeding around to set breakfast. The other older guy informing me there are trays I can use to take things back to my room and offering to help. They made a difference and I wish I had stayed here before because they would have made my trip with my family so much easier that I literally want to tear up about all the struggles of having to travel with kids and not have conveniences you thought most hotels would have like a real breakfast, microwaves, and laundry rooms. I hate the new age crap that don’t think about people with kids or r care. These people made my day. Also Location near things but not overrun with homeless hounding you out the door. Thank you guys! I wish all places would hire older people that care about people and quality.

NillDisappointing Stay - Poor Housekeeping and Breakfast Quality As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect a certain standard of service, but my stay at this Hampton Inn has been very disappointing. Since arriving on Wednesday, housekeeping has not visited my room once. The bed has not been made, the trash has not been taken out, and the room has not been cleaned. Additionally, the towels were never changed and toliet paper has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the breakfast has been subpar. The potatoes in the morning were undercooked and hard, making them inedible. Given my loyalty to Hilton, I expected far better service, but this location has fallen short of even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying here.
