NillWe stayed here as a stop during our trip and had a great experience! Erika at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful — her customer service was next level and felt completely genuine. After 13 hours of traveling, her warmth was exactly what we needed. A big plus — they accept cats! Most “pet-friendly” hotels really just mean dog-friendly, so finding a place that welcomed both my small dog and cat was a relief. The pet fee is also very reasonable at $25. The area felt safe, and we were able to park near our window, which gave us peace of mind. The price for the room was great for what you get. My only small complaint is the breakfast — limited vegan options (just packaged fruit), but otherwise a good spread. Highly recommend — especially for cat owners!

NillThis was a very impressive stay. From what I'm used to in a Super 8, this place far exceeded my expectations. From the effortless check in process to the text message notifications down to the Valentine's decor in the lobby and the friendly welcome. Breakfast was far better than I expected. The staff was friendly and like family. The room was clean. I had a minor issue with the television upon check in but overall, I will definitely be staying here again because it was so great!

Nillstaff was tip top, friendly and always had a gray attitude. We stayed longer than most ppl do, and they had 0 issues with it and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is nice for a super 8, almost has a Hilton type feel and or look. Room was nice, showers everything clean. You could tell staff takes pride in their work and went the extra mile. Great job super 8 team. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

★★★★★The check in was quick and clerk was very helpful on the amenities. She helped me with my parking as I was towing a trailer. Parking in the back of the hotel was very helpful for me. The room was great. Bed was firm and clean bathroom. The breakfast was awesome. I was impressed with the hotel since I last stayed there two years ago.

NillNEVER STAY HERE My room was extremely dirty at first arrival. During my stay my room flooded due to melting snow outside. I assume it’s due to a faulty foundation. Accidents are understandable, but after trying to repeatedly reach out to the front desk and general manager to help with the situation I was constantly ignored and swept under the rug. I am a reasonable person who just wanted to not stay in a flooded room. Save yourself the trouble. NEVER STAY HERE

★★★★★Honestly surprised at how big our room was. It was roomy and very nice, the weather was cold , so the heater in our room was already on and our room was warm and cozy. Our bathroom also had double sinks ( two sinks). plenty of counter space. Carpet was even nice.

★★★★I booked a last minute stay due to weather. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The reason I marked it a 4 was because, despite the room being clean, it smelled horribly like BO. I had to spray some body spray and then it was ok. Nice set up for breakfast that is included with your stay.

★★★Lots to say, receptionist was excellent, friendly & beautiful! Weird Covid protocols still being used , yet sanitizer dispenser was empty! Carpets throughout need cleaning badly. For some reason we had a disabled room & for my cats it was fine, but not my 6’6” husband! We were on the 1st floor which meant our window,(which had a view of the underside of the cars in the parking lot)was covered with curtains & they need to be replaced because parts of the fabric are worn away. |Freezer had 2 ice packs frozen to the shelf which shows housekeeping needs to thaw & clean them out. They aren’t removable otherwise. Bathroom: very beat up by the shower chair. Paint missing off walls( a rail moldy on wall would prevent that) no fan so it looks like mold along ceiling edges is starting because it gets very steamy. Sink drain doesn’t drain very well & handles on faucet go both ways which I think is wrong? Shower needs to caulked, several places have none which will result in mold or wet areas behind the surround. Faucet had great water pressure until the very low hand held wand is turned on with a restrictor ( it isn’t original to the fixture so it isn’t movable & is turned weirdly) & the hose isn’t very long. A shower head would be nice in addition to the wand. Linoleum floor is not level & could be a trip hazard. Railing between sink & toilet is very wobbly & could be dangerous for those that really need it. |Mattresses feel springy & old. Why does a chair need to be in this very small room shoved against a wall on the same side as the TV? The room was like a cave with only 2 lamps which were very dusty. But the room needed more lights!
