Nill***Please Read before you book*** Do not waste your time or money!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. This motel is super run down, sketchy, and overall unsuitable to stay in unless you like the lingering smell of cigarettes and mildew. I should’ve walked back out once I saw the bullet hole in the entrance, cigarettes on the floor, and a receptionist running in and out of rooms, but after a long travel with two kids under two. I just wanted to go my ‘clean quality’ room and rest but boy was I wrong, the curtain was hanging off the rod, the room reeked, and the beds looked horrible. Unfortunately I paid for 9 nights and paid without requesting to see the room first hence no refund. The receptionist also got super triggered about my concerns and started throwing things and yelling at me. I tried to explain that the pictures on Google are very misleading in which she snapped at me and told me that it wasn’t a “Holiday Inn”. Unfortunately despite paying for over a weeks stay, we had to leave. And I know that if I wanted quality I could’ve paid for it but when I pay for a “smoke free” and “clean room” I expect that. Just spend the extra money else where and save yourself from this headache. I'm not one to leave reviews but this one definitely deserved an honest one.

★★★★★While the place looks like a rundown sketched out with boarded up windows and doors that don't lock. Once you get into the building it smells clean. Pine sole fresh. The staff are superfriendly and welcoming you can tell the make the best out of what they got and every day gets a bit better. For what they have been given I Dont know how they are doing it but so much has improved lately the halls are quite at night. Painting, new carpet. They might actually have the pool going soon. To me it was a nice place for what I paid. I will definitely pass back through

NillLady at the front desk was extremely nice, however the hotel itself was bad enough we didn’t stay there. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned yet, no sheets, stained mattress. Front desk was very helpful and moved us to a new room, unfortunately that one was also bad. Floors were sticky, rotting food in the fridge, stained sheets, the paint was peeling off the tub and walls in the bathroom and the ceiling fan had fallen out, there was also a very odd smell we couldn’t quite place. We ended up finding a different hotel, and will not be coming back. I could tell the lady at the desk felt bad for everything going on, but unfortunately her manager wasn’t around to help with the refund, so apparently we may or may not get it.

★disgusting experience. Walked into the room and at first glance I was like yeah ok this is bad but it’s fine for the night. Then I went into the bathroom and the entire floor by the tub and wall was peeling up with fake eyelashes and dirt caked into the gap. There was hair on the sheets, stains on the sheets and pillow cases, just overall disgusting. I didn’t even want to sit down on the bed, I left not even 30 min later.

★★Positive: The front desk staff when checking in she was very friendly informative. Negative: The room door did not latch shut the room needed serious remodeling as well as the bathroom. Night staff noisy all night. The bed looked nothing like the photos the cable kept cutting in and out. No spare roll of toilet paper. No coat hangers.more towels

NillOh my. There will be many pics. Location is great. Right off I-90. Plenty of food around. Access to main roads to many places in Billings. The desk folks were friendly and professional. And very apologetic this morning. And they did warn us last night that the average guests might not be... typical people. They are trying. In VERY ADVERSE conditions. Anyway, the security doors to get in were propped open by rocks. We found out later that was due to the keys not working in them. The room was undoubtedly one of the worst motel rooms I have seen in a while other than in actual flop houses. The bed had 3 very dead pillows. A very thin bottom sheet, a thin top sheet, a thin blanket and another sheet. No bedspread. The curtains were fairly dysfunctional. The heater was spotty in terms of performance. The remote didn't work. The fridge was a freezer, despite the condenser coils being mostly detached... no microwave (not an issue for me, but 1st motel 6 I EVER stayed in without one). The bathtub drain was absent. The laminate floor was in poor repair. As was the bathroom in general. We tolerated waves of nasty weed smells coming from who knows where about every hour and a half. And there were cockroaches. At least there was no sign of bedbugs and it was only overnight. Frankly I was shocked. For years we have happily stayed in motel 6 in multiple states, and have never had an experience anything like this. And upon discussing this with friends on reddit, Facebook and X, as well as offline, it seems that of late Motel 6 in general has gone drastically down hill. I was so confident I would have no problems I never bothered to check the reviews. BIG MISTAKE. While hubby and I were not horribly traumatized, since this was only 1 night, there is no excuse for a national chain being in this sad condition. And now, going forward, I am going to be extremely unlikely to trust motel 6 again when we take road trips. Too bad. It was nice to have a clean, reliable lodging option...

NillI haven't had a decent experience here for years. Last night, I was waiting in the outer lobby for a ride. The desk clerk was nowhere to be seen for 20 minutes or more. When she finally arrived, she looked at though she was recently awakened. She was hostile and even accused me of vandalism. This place needs ALOT of work. Zero stars

NillHeater didn't work blew out cold air it was blowing out the most horrific looking dust/just all bad.com, see picture for yourself. Couldn't take a shower only cold works and shower head didn't work, bathroom sink didn't work at all. Definitely shouldn't be on list for motels or even in business in that matter, definitely a crack shack. It's a definite bio hazard. Every disease known to man I guarantee they probably don't even change out bed sheets just remake the bed and call it a day. H there are nasty stains on the sheets that you can clearly see food crumbs in the bed from the last person that stayed there the toilet was absolutely disgusting that's just a little tiny sliver of the cake of the place. NOW YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN WARNED THE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN THERE'S LITERALLY GREEN ALGAE GROWING IN THE POOL
