Ledgestone Hotel Billings

The service was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable and had lots of amenities. The beds and pillows were amazing. The Room has a fully furnished kitchenette where you can actually cook. It has a regular refrigerator with a freezer. Laundry facilities and a workout room. I highly recommend this hotel for an overnight or extended stay.

I checked in on 2/28/25 @ around 9:45pm. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Gave me all the info i needed. The rooms are freaking nice and clean and big. Very convenient location next fast food and gas station. If you are visiting from out of town, i recommend you go eat at "the sassy biscuit". it's about an 8-minute drive. Well worth it. It does get busy, though. If i ever find myself in billings again, i will stay here.

Very nice and clean. Front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. I loved the kitchen. It is very close to the interstate. It was really cold in Billings but we stayed nice and warm. Near by gas stations, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Man, I can't tell you how much I appreciate Gina at the desk and the GM Kristina Walsh. I booked two double queen rooms on Booking just a day in advance. Somehow the booking app had made the reservations for 2025 (a full year in advance). We drove over 500 miles the following morning after a horrible week burying a family member. This was our half way home stopping point. Six exhausted, burnt out, and stress people in the car all day after an emotionally draining week and we arrive with no reservation, and no prepaid rooms waiting for us... Initially told there wasn't any options. Gina not only found a solution and got us two double queen rooms but she was also able to get the pricing within $10 of the original Booking prices. A life saver for sure. I had to pay again for the walk-in rooms requested but we'll come back to that. The rooms were huge and fully equipped with a full size refrigerator freezer combos, microwaves, cooktops, dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen sinks. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large as well. They had on site laundry room free to use for guests (must provide your own detergents). I was very impressed by the amenities provided here. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Billings again I fully intend to come here first. Booking listed the original reservation as non refundable and not able to change dates. Just the icing on the sh!show week we all had with the death of a family member. Trying to make it 1100 miles each way on short notice during the holidays was expected to be a nightmare. But they helped alleviate the added stress Booking out on us during the trip. I put in a request through Booking to waive the cancellation fees which the manager at Ledgestone had the discretion to approve or deny. Kristina (GM) was kind enough to see that we had indeed stayed this past weekend and waived the cancellation fee allowing Booking to give me a full refund. This was not something that Kristina was required to do but she did it anyway. Between Gina getting creative and finding a way to accommodate our needs, and Kristina helping me out with a non-refundable refund for Booking's mistake, I can't express how grateful I am for the kindness and care showed by both of these ladies. 10/10 for Ledgestone and the staff. Thank you for being good to your guests and flexible with your policies for those who were in a crumby bind caused by the third party vendor.

I love how the hotel is sound proof so you literally don’t hear neighbors or maid carts going by. You have a Starbucks in the parking lot which is walkable. The front desk clerk with tattoos all over her body is super friendly she is the only one I’ve ever seen working at this establishment. They lock the lobby around midnight so they don’t have overnight staff but a security guard. The rooms come with a small kitchen. I’ve stayed 4 nights and it was some good sleep. The reason for the 4 stars only is because the bed somewhat hurts my back and the towels they provided me in the bathroom were stained which I didn’t like at all.

Stayed for 9 days. Clean room. Full frig, microwave, 2 burner stove, included kitchware. People very nice. They only do housekeeping once a week but have a place on floor to dump your trash. Free washer/dryer just bring detergent. Can always trade in towels or ask for toiletries at desk. If arriving past 11pm, I'd call and make sure you can check-in because desk closes around then. The location is a little sketchy but I didn't have any issues. I'd definitely stay again.

Great little studio.Dishes, paper towels, dish soap and drainer. Nice size fridge. Extremely clean as well as a terrific location with lots of services nearby. Parking lot easily accommodated a vehicle and trailer. Staff was very efficient and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
