Beware of using hotels owned by this company and beware of their owner Asad Khan. The hotels to beware of are: Fairfield Inn & Suites Billings 2026 Overland Avenue Billings, Montana 59102 SpringHill Suites Billings 1818 King Avenue West Billings, Montana 59102 The ownership and management of these hotels are not concerned with customer satisfaction in my opinion. This opinion comes from an incident where my flight was cancelled and the hotel refused to refund the deposit for the room. Yes, I did choose the non-cancellable option, but, as a 20+ year Marriott loyalty member I have NEVER had a request to refund a room due to a flight cancellation refused. I have sent numerous emails and made over 20 phone calls trying to get a hold of Asad and he has ignored me. Beware of the poor customer service that may await you if you choose to stay at either of these properties.

Rude staff, out dated dirty rooms. Refused refund for very clear beg bug infestation. Had to file legal actions with health dept and Wyndham

Shysters. Be prepared to take legal action with these people. They are dishonest, corrupt and incompetent.
