Ok room for 1. No light or night stand on 1 side. Minimal temp control Free bft worth that. parking lot not plowed. It was icy. Blankets not tucked in. Mattress so heavy I understand why Room needs hooks to hang coats and towels. Seemed clean. Pretty quiet. Tv worked.

Went down for breakfast and there was no hot food. It looked like a while loaf of bread was put out for toast, but no butter anywhere. The apple juice came out clear and smelt fermented. The waffle battery said original however tasted and smelt like pumpkin spice and in all actuality it tasted soured. And again, no butter to be had. We got some yogurt and it was expired. The room was not very clean. Something on the bedspread that was black and smudged. There was hair in the shower. The shampoo dispenser was empty but a half empty bottle was left in the shower. I have stayed at the Sleep Inn in Miles City numerous times and my room had always been cleaned and I have always gotten a hot breakfast. This is by far NOT a choice hotel in my book.

Positive: The original room they gave me had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The lights did not work in the second room. The third time was good. Front desk person wanted to do everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. Negative: ""

This was an okay stay and we slept well but mych of what was on the website is no longer offered. They did not have the hot breakfast anymore, which is the reason we chose them over other hotels in the area. The rooms are small but clean. Staff was helpful but not very knowledgeable about amenities.

Our room, 135, was terrible. We had to book a hotel for a state tornament, and we were hopeful due to the nice smell of the halls. We were wrong. The matresses were stained, and the bathroom door had no lock. The outlet had no cover, just wires. The day after we got in, I noticed a bed bug. Thought it was a exception, and gave not much mind to it. How foolish. When we get to our homes, my friend has bites ALL over his leg. So, to sum up the experience: terrible, shoddy, and a refreshing look into the fifth circle described in dantes book.

Positive: Nothing at all, very limited breakfast options, towel covering smoke detector, staff writes a letter to say "be right back" and sitting outside in their car smoking with partner, the smells in the room, carpet all stained up, the bathroom door hangs up Negative: This hotel is not a 2.5 star hotel, homeless /drugs and police presence, the sliding bathroom door that you can't close, gets stuck in the wall. The male staff member working the night I checked in seemed like just a filler, no customer service skills

After a long day of driving, we arrived at this Sleep Inn at almost 10 PM and were checked in quickly with no issue. As is her habit, my wife immediately turned on the TV upon entering the room. We couldn't get any channels to come up and it appeared to be some problem with the newer, smart TV not being synch'ed up with the cable service. I fiddled with it for about 1/2 an hour before giving up. The lady at the front desk couldn't leave her post to check it and didn't have any useful suggestions. She did, however, change our room and this one had a functional TV. By this time, it's getting late and I get out my laptop to catch-up on e-mails, etc. The hotel wifi had no password, which was convenient, but it was too slow to be useful. I tried going to the lobby to verify I had the correct network and perhaps get a stronger router signal, but no luck. Frustrated, we went to bed and I tried the wifi again in the morning with no success. The hotel breakfast was quite good, so that was a plus, and the room itself was fine. Upon checking out, I mentioned to the clerk that the hotel's entire wifi system was not usable, expecting him to note there was some problem that was in the process of being corrected. Instead, he seemed surprised to hear this. I've usually had good luck with Sleep Inn's, but my experience this time was marred by their lack of basic proficiency at servicing their TV's and maintaining their wifi network.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here at the Sleep Inn. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and never have received the level of excellent service that we received here . The GM, Nasima, let us know she is new and to notify her if she could help us in anyway possible. I have cancer and am receiving treatment at billings clinic , and she not only brought my luggage cart to my room for me but said if we needed help with anything after chemo the next day to please let her know. She let us check out late as well so that I could rest some more before needing to make the three hour drive back to butte. Sleep Inn is very blessed to have her as their GM, as Nasima is one of a kind in making sure her customers have an outstanding stay at this hotel. Thank you for your hard work and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, you are the best😁
