The Gibson Hotel Great Falls, Ascend Hotel Collection

Recently remodeled, fun modern look and feel. Offered a complimentary glass of wine or beer upon arrival. They had a breakfast menu to chose from and it was brought to your room at the time requested. I hear they had homemade cookies and milk on demand but didn’t try them myself. Bed was comfortable and the shower hot. Great location for a night out in downtown Great Falls

This place is amazing and way more than I ever expected. Complementary wine, beer, pop, coffee, at check-in. Then you can have freshly baked cookies and milk delivered to any hour to your room at no charge. The complimentary breakfast is actually from a little café that’s delivered to your room at the time you pick in the morning and it was delicious. It was my daughter‘s birthday and they upgraded us to a suite at no charge top-notch. And a very clean nice modern place to stay I highly recommend ! the customer service is top-notch. Love this hotel! I’ve stayed here twice and the experience has been consistent. Not only does it offer a great first impression - you know you’re in a good place as soon as you enter - that impression sticks through the end of your stay. The decor is on point. The facilities are clean. The staff is courteous and eager to exceed your expectations of hospitality. The unique touches communicate value to every guest. I have to mention, the fresh baked cookies and complimentary breakfast (from Crooked Tree Coffee) set this hotel apart. Ooh one more thing! The location makes a stroll to dinner especially convenient. Try the Wild Hare, Rib & Chop House, Tracy’s upscale diner or Big Dipper for ice cream. And Al Banco and Crooked Tree are fantastic choices for coffee! The Gibson is poised perfectly for your next fun getaway. Stay here!

I stayed at the hotel on business for two nights and the experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The little things are what made the difference on this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A glass of wine was offered at check in and breakfast was delivered from the bakery down the street. They even had gluten-free options! I look forward to my next stay at The Gibson Hotel in Great Falls.

Amazing place. Best hotel to stay at by far. Great prices. Great people and nicely priced. The room was clean and had modern tech. Not out of date like most hotels. Lovely showers and toilets. Best experience with a hotel you can ask for.

This is undoubtedly the nicest 1-star hotel I’ll ever get to stay in. The rooms were new and clean and fresh, the bed was super comfy, the folks working there were so nice, and it’s clear they’ve added little thoughtful details (bringing breakfast to your room?!) to make the stay more comfortable. Definitely the obvious choice when you’re passing through town!

Best customer service (by far) from EVERY employee at any hotel we’ve ever stayed at! This will definitely be our first go to place to reserve a room anytime in the future. The extra amenities are super cool too, but the people definitely made our stay amazing!

I found this hotel online as I travel for work now and can say this is by far one of THEE BEST places I've stayed so far! Customer service for one is amazing Johhny, Chris & Juan were so amazing! I have never meet such nice people who truly made me feel more like family than I was just some stranger visiting. Not only me, but the way I seen them interact with others made my heart so happy. For me this place was in such a great location and easily accessible for all I needed for work. The hotel itself is so cute and adorable lol I love it! Very clean and just overall amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience and definitely will be back on my returns to Great Falls 🤍
