Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel and Suites

Stayed for one night on our way through town and were pleased with our choice. Not a new hotel but everything looked well cared for, staff at check in were friendly. Excellent location close to riverfront area as well as the downtown. Several restaurants are close by and MacKenzie River Pizza is right next door. Breakfast was the usual complimentary fare, my only request would be for some whole wheat bread as all they offered was white bread and white bagels. Overall a great stay, thank you.

Just got back from a lovely week here. From the front desk people to the cleaning staff, everyone was very friendly. Hotel is kept in great shape ( have stayed here several times and always the same) and the outside areas are so nicely kept. Bit chilly to enjoy sitting outside this time! Stayed on the river side and loved watching the sunsets. Breakfast was as good as previous times and Tracy does an amazing job. Food was hot and containers kept full. Favourite is making pancakes on machine! Like that the coffee area is 24 hours. Did not use the pool or weight room but they appeared to be in fine shape. Thank you to all the staff here and look forward to seeing you again next year.

Doing what so many others were doing in the area- hiking and hitting the parks. Having that jetted tub after a long day of hikes was such a bonus! The rooms were a bit dated, but they were clean and everything worked. Perfect for our needs and would stay there again!

Highly recommend. Guest room and public area clean and tidy, no smell. Breakfast is good and many choices in general. Staff are friendly. Pet friendly hotel and no extra charge. The location is good and you feel safe to stay. Beautiful river view.

Positive: The mini jacuzzi in the suite was absolutely amazing! Negative: Yes, the king size mattress was horrendous! I could easily feel the boxspring below me in many areas of the mattress. I'm not rich, and this was the first suite I had ever gotten, which means I wouldn't have brought it up if it wasn't really bad.

Loved this hotel! My hubby and I were on a month long roadtrip and the Best Western Great Falls was our last hotel stay before heading back to Canada. It turned out to be one of our favourites! We booked this hotel because they are pet friendly, was rated well and the pool/ hot tub was open 24 hours. This was exciting for us as we usually check into our accommodations around 10-11pm and end up missing the pool hours. Front desk check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming and housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and cute. Lovely location on the river with a paved walking trail. The flower bed out front I thought was just gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot tub, the quiet location and our comfy bed. It was great that pets are welcomed here as we always travel with our little critters. And who doesn't smile when they see a doggo coming down the hall? The McKenzie River Pizza Co right next door was reasonably priced and delicious as well so definitely make that place for dinner. We will be staying here from now, on our future trips to Great Falls.

We're on a road trip for a month, staying in lots of hotels/motels. This is the best one by far. Great location, on the banks of the Missouri River. Literally walk out your door to the river (great if you have a dog, which they welcome). Room was big, very clean, with a small kitchenette. Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of options. Friendly staff, clean room, great location. Loved it!
