When we arrived, my toilet looked funny so I tried to flush it before using it, and it was clogged with what looked like tobacco and chew pouches. Nobody answered when I called the front desk but I found a housekeeper in the hallway who unclogged it but the seat was still up, water splashed over toilet and floor... just not thorough and cleaned properly. The place felt like it probably was not a great idea to walk without shoes in my room. I'd been traveling since 0200 and went to get food. Upon thinking about it more, I did not feel comfortable staying in this hotel. My parent room was subpar, the remote didn't work for the TV, the lamp didn't work, there were significant gaps under both room doors that one could look through... They did refund us for the second and third night but would not refund for that night since we checked out at 1730 and not before 1600. Not great customer service but I knew we would not sleep well there. It's unfortunate as I've stayed at Comfort Inn's before and this place is below standards. We moved down the road to Sleep Inn which was excellent. They even let me look at a room before I booked it as I was so unnerved at the level of filth at Comfort Inn. When we checked out 4 hours after checking in at Comfort Inn, staff didn't even ask why we were leaving which seems odd to me. I would want to know so that issues can be addressed to not lose future business.

Overall I am satisfied, but not overly thrilled. The bed had hairs on it and the place isn’t really clean. The bedding smells clean though, which makes it acceptable. The room has a TV, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. I am not able to stay for breakfast, so can’t really comment on that. There isn’t a shuttle service to the airport. I would stay here again, but I wouldn’t recommend it to a neat freak as the hairs gross me out a bit. It’s fine for a quick in and out trip.

The water faucet in the bathroom just dripped. Our room smelled like wet dog. Staff was friendly & helpful. Not much parking when towing a large trailer. No place for dog park. The shower was good.

We used to stay at many Comfort Inns so had some expectations. None were met! There was no comfort with the horribly soft mattress. We both had backaches in the morning. The noise in this hotel was awful. Staff were not friendly. The breakfast area was small and had very few items. Initially we were going to stay a couple of nights here, but couldn’t wait to check out the next day! We won’t be back!

Checked into room 104, dropped off our stuff and went to a family dinner. When we got back late to the hotel we unpacked and dropped into bed. The bed was horrible! The mattress was so worn out that we were laying on hard springs and wires. One of the rooms next to us had their TV on full blast...all night! I called the front desk 2 times and there was no answer. We got zero sleep all night. Then at 7:15 am a worker was drilling into the side of the building directly under our window! |The hotel is going thru some remodeling of bathrooms. They are removing the tubs and putting in walk-in showers with glass doors. Whoever is doing the work has horrible skills! The doors are all crooked and don't stay closed when showering, towel bars on doors falling off, cracks in shower wall units, and silicone caulking everywhere! They look and function terribly!|When I went to the desk to complain about our mattress, noise, and wanted another room the manager was not the friendliest person. She said she would get back to me shortly. There was another woman at the desk who said the workers were pounding so hard on the outside of the building that her curtain rod fell off the window! We packed up our room and went to breakfast. The breakfast room is run down, worn out chairs, dirty, and the tables all rock. The manager was also tending the breakfast room. She came carrying in a container of biscuits that were sitting up at the front desk when I was complaining to her. Breakfast was not very good. | We waited about an hour and finally went to the desk about a new room. She said she didn't have any info yet. So we put all our stuff in the car and left for the day to do family stuff. When we "checked" back in she had moved us over 1 room! Really? The loud TV person was still there and the mattress was just as bad! The girl behind the desk (super nice) informed us that they had had streams of complaints that day about the mattresses. She moved us up to the 3rd floor #312. Great mattress, clean room, horrible new shower that was already falling apart. It was super quiet on 3rd. |All the public areas were dirty and run down. There was never anyone at the front desk. |The whole place is sketchy and I am never staying there again! I feel like the whole Comfort Inn brand has gone downhill. It was always a reliable place to stay but not anymore!

Great prices, comfy beds, clean rooms, has all the amenities needed (microwave, fridge, coffee pot, safe, iron, hair dryer, soaps, wifi, cable TV, usb outlets, lamps, etc...) There's plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. We really liked 9th Street Taco place & Wheat Montana! They have a pool, too. Dislike that there's no jacuzzi. The pool is deep enough to swim in but wished it was deeper. Disliked the enamel pool lining is peeling off the bottom floor of the pool in large amounts & when the tile shaped pieces came up & were stepped on, when the pieces were sideways they felt kinda sharp & startled us. I hope it gets vacuumed out with a pool vacuum & fixed soon. My husband wished the pool was a bit warmer too. The other dislike was some drunken chick came into the hotel 2AM kicking on a door waking everyone near by & shouting rudely telling us to go back to bed after she was kicking her door & hollering across the hotel when we asked her to quiet down because she scared us awake! She woke at least half the hotel! Several elderly people complained about it too. Whomever she was, the late night clerk seemed to know her by name.. I hope she wasn't playing favoritism with the way she was being loud & obnoxious waking everyone. I'd be even more firm with people I know at a hotel because nobody wants a bad image at work with some drunken friends waking everyone up after bars closed them out early morning! Overall, we had a good stay besides a couple of minor concerns & disruptions. P.S. There was a sweet little Asian lady that worked in the breakfast room one morning. She kept that room so well stocked up & tidy! She deserves a bonus because of how thorough & attentive she was! Also another older lady that helped us stock our room every day we stayed & took out the trash for us. She was very sweet & thorough too! We saw her a few days that we stayed & she helped us a lot. A couple other ladies in the office helped us with a few other things while we stayed too. Most of the staff was very friendly & attentive. I felt bad for the young boy that had to clean & stock the breakfast room after a bunch of people with little kids went through & spilled stuff all over the room. He did a good job cleaning it all up. I felt bad cuz the people that morning were slobs rummaging through there like wild animals. Any time we noticed anything & told the staff, they were right on it. They honestly made our stay more pleasant than we've had at other hotels. We'll definitely come back here on our way through again because of how attentive & friendly the staff is.

The room seemed like it was not cleaned thoroughly the shower had hair and a razor when we arrived. The bathroom did not have hand soap to wash hands. The employees did not dress professionally.I could not tell who was a worker and who was not. The room was remodeled but still had a musty smell in the bathroom. Seemed kind of sketchy people were outside smoking weed. Will not stay again!
