A Couple of the Staff members were very rude, the Rooms were very dirty, The building is infested with Cockroaches everywhere, I confronted the front desk, they said YUP, the whole 3rd floor is infested I cannot move you to a different room and there's no refunds, BUT We can spray!! Before knowing about the infestation applying for a job there the staff were not helpful in anyway!! The manager was Rude and very unprofessional, She always had something negitive to say! Horrible experience!! I would NOT recommend

Staff were nice, room was weird, the bed had like 7 sheets and 2 bed covers( couldn't look for bed bugs). Not good area, some druggies tried to talk to me and my mom in the parking lot while we were unloading( it was also 2 am). The door to our room didn't lock. Lots of talking very loud with very colourful words.

I give this hotel no stars. The manager is rude, unprofessional, she treats the guess ignorant. She doesn't want to listen to the other side of the store of a situation. She takes the situation how she wants to see it. There are to sides of a story. She doesn't even find out the facts. But she sure can take ur money then kicks u out for no reason. She needs more training on how to be professional and how to treat people with respect. The managers name is Andrea she is very rude and unprofessional

Run down. Extended stays which make it more run down. As a woman with little kids I wouldn't want to be outside in the dark or sleep here without my husband. At one point there were at least 4 police officers dealing with a homeless situation where they were destroying things inside the hotel. You get what you pay for. Def wouldn't pay more than 50 per night. Be careful for the breakfast police! There are high tables with tall bar stools which are not suitable for little kids. No infant/toddler bar seat in the breakfast area. Also said there was going to be Oatmeal for breakfast but there was none. Loud at night. The room seemed clean but the top blanket was dirty. The beds weren't terrible. The pillows weren't bad. Bathroom was clean.

I had to stay for two plus weeks at this hotel. No problems at all. I wasn't expecting 5 star service for the price but was pleasantly surprised! Room was clean and comfortable. ALL the personnel were more than happy to help with everything. I don't know what all the complaints were about...maybe people should just get over themselves and be glad they had a good hotel in which to stay!!!

Positive: The staff was amazing constantly cleaning, vaccuming,emptying garbage! Think they r doing there best with what they have, dog park awesome!!! Negative: WE had NO WORKING LOCK on our door - deadbolt didnt wk and extra lock broken, bugs bathrm floor, furniture broken, bathtub/sink awful! This hotel is in excellent location and could be great if updated!!!

Positive: There was nothing to like about this hotel Negative: 1. No internet2. Dirty and smelled of smoke and harsh cleaners trying to mask.3. Damp/ wet carpet in room. Gross!4. Breakfast was yogurt and fruit loops. No bowls 5. This place is likely 75-85% long term rental6. Location was a bit sketchy- pawnshop
