ClubHouse Inn West Yellowstone

The staff(Lee Ann,Rita and Jerry) made our stay very enjoyable. More hotels need to employ staff like them... people that enjoy their jobs. Room clean,bed comfortable and location couldn't be any better. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast.

We found our whole stay was great. The breakfasts are super, rooms were spacious and accommodating. We had some problems with accommodation double charges but it was tended to. We needed to change rooms as we were next to the lift which did not stop till after midnight and clubhouse did this without a problem. Overall - a pleasant stay

Great hotel close to the Yellowstone West entrance gate. Friendly check-in, hot chocolate for the late night and comfy room. The breakfast was "typical hotel included" and the serving folks were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

We got in about 5pm and were out the next morning about 10am. For our needs the hotel was fine. The biggest annoyance was the hotel’s vending machines were all out of soda. The breakfast was decent, we liked the biscuits and gravy.

Location is great and the beds are comfortable. Floors a creaking like crazy and we did not sleep much as the guest above us must have been an insomniac. We mentioned it at front but nothing was done about it other than telling us that the floorboards are on the to-do list over winter. On checkout day we were locked in our room as the door mechanism failed. Eventually maintenance staff has to climb in through the window. Breakfast was what you would expect in the US. Everything is full of sugar, corn syrup and fake flavors. We won't be staying here again.

At the check-in we were kindly welcomed by Vereniz and Derek. They gave us a lot of information about our stay and all of the facilities of the hotel. We asked for an extra blanket for one of the beds, which was not a problem at all. Immediately we got one and had a nice chat about our holiday. In the evening we wanted to roast some marshmallows at the fireplace. Once we asked them if that was possible, one of the staff members directly stood up to help us out. We were very happy and pleased with their excellent service.

We had a really great time at the Clubhouse Inn West Yellowstone. The staff were friendly and informative. The room was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. We hope to return on a future vacation and would stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations. Clean, quite, and comfortable. The staff was helpful in always pointing us in the right direction. Enjoyed our stay and none of the kids wanted to leave. Had a large enough room (small apartment) to fit my family if 8. Cost was worth every penny especially with a hot breakfast. Night counter women not friendly, very negative attitude, but didn't have to deal her much.
