★★★We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone National Park. The reception was smooth. They gave us a room at the second (top) floor at the end of the hallway. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Wasn’t a big deal to us but for elderly or people with a handicap this can be problematic.||Upon entering the room we immediately noticed some kind of deodorant smell. After a few minutes inside the room you get used to it, but still very strange. Also, there was a 4 cm gap between the door and floor, which I thought was kind of strange. Luckily we were at the end of the hallway so didn’t really bother us. Could be a (noise) problem when you’re halfway though.||Room itself looked a bit dated but on the plus side was clean. Beds also clean but one of the mattresses (we had 2 queens) was so saggy both our legs were pointing up. Luckily the other mattress was just fine and we both slept very good.||The breakfast was very good. Good variety and lots to choose from. Overal we are happy with our stay.

★★The best thing about this motel is the breakfast. It was a good breakfast..all you can eat hot breakfast. But....it was only good for two people...kind of rough with a family (you could pay extra but it was hard to want to pay 12 dollars for my 8 year old to eat a roll). Maybe offer a kid rate. The bathrooms were remodeled and super nice. The main bedroom was old and had a smell. We slept well and it was pretty quiet and the A/C worked well but just seemed old. Having a pool would also be really nice.

NillThe shower was completely a disaster… almost no water pressure. Even when there's some water pressure, it's not hot at all. We asked for somebody to try to fix it. After one day, there was no change. It almost ruined our Yellowstone park trip cause we cannot have a warm shower after one day in the park. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

★★★★This hotel had many positives. Towels were very nice and thick, room was clean and looked freshly painted, all staff were very helpful, coffee bar was open 24 hours, there was a laundry area, breakfast was good. Also, the location was good. There was a grocery store about 2 blocks away. Still,|I would not stay again because there was no fridge or microwave in the room and, even worse we were given an upstairs room and there was no elevator. These things made our stay uncomfortable.

★★★Just a standard motel. Spacious rooms, but dated; e.g. sink outside the bathroom. Good Wifi. Stairs to level-2, hard with luggage. Good beds (2 x Queen). Microwave in the room but strangely no coffee/tea making. As the breakfast room with vending machines is open 24h, we could just get hot water there and then use tea bags from the supermarket. Our group rate excluded breakfast, but as that starts at 7 AM it's useless for most park trips anyhow. Published room rate (over USD 200) is far too high.|Location, just like all in West Yellowstone, very close to the park entrance hence a good base for park trips.

NillGood location. Street parking. The breakfast buffet was by far the best part of this hotel. The gals working in the breakfast area were so nice & helpful. Super clean area too. We did not have any soap in our room just a dispenser with shampoo. We asked about soap at the front desk and the girl said they didn’t have any so we had to go buy some. The faucet in the tub dripped continuously and the shower head only put out a trickle of water. Quite noisy at night also.

NillWe stayed in room 217. It was last updated in 1985-ish. The tile in the bathroom was cracked. There was a 4" hole in the bathroom ceiling where a light used to be. The staff was excellent. The breakfast staff were amazing. The breakfast itself was great. Overall things were OK. WOULD I STAY THERE AGAIN? Doubtful.

NillBig decent rooms. I give extra stars for their breakfast - better food selection than any of the hotels I've stayed in over the past 6 weeks. Close to park, walkable to town shops and restaurants.
