West Yellowstone Hotel

Positive: The kids loved the pool with the waterslide. Unfortunately the pool is a lot smaller than it looks like in the pictures and is jam packed with a ton of kids at all times of the day. The location is phenomenal for park access and resteraunts. Negative: The sheets and towels are extremely old. Most had holes or tattered frays.

Positive: It was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was fresh cooked. Negative: The ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floor didn?t work. The bathroom was old.

Positive: Location, near airport and entrance to national park Negative: Was told up front that they were short on staff and not to bother having our room cleaned each day. If we wanted something we needed to come down to the desk to ask for it.

Positive: Kind and helpful employees. Love the breakfast. Negative: All was good. Would love to stay again...it is the place to go.

Positive: Beds very comfortable, room was quiet, and great location. Negative: Breakfast buffet could be better.

Positive: Food is well prepared The location is close to eating shopping and entrance to West Yellowstone Negative: I would rather like the other wyndham properties they use Dove soap and shampoo for their amenities
