Our room appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast included several hot options, as well as other varieties. It was very good and extended hours made it convenient for anyone. Location is very close to West entrance of Yellowstone, restaurants within walking distance, and gas stations. I would highly recommend this facility!

We try to stay at Best Western's whenever we travel so we have a pretty good idea of their quality. This Yellowstone one has a great location and most of the usual amenities they provide. ||The rooms are a little dates but they are a good size. There are two buildings on this property, the first one has doors that face the outside and the one in the back has interior facing front doors. We stayed in this one and I think it might have been a little quieter because of it. The down side to the rooms is that the ac/heat unit is limited to what temp you can adjust too and no matter what setting, low, high or auto, the fan kicks on and off. We like to have a constant fan in hotels for white noise as well as our room on the cooler side and this was not possible with the units. Wifi works great.||There is fresh coffee and tea all day and the usual breakfast fare but it is a very small eating area and it fills up quickly. There is also a place to refill you water bottles for going in to the park. ||The staff was all wonderful and attentive to what we needed. We also had a dog with us and they we're out of pet rooms but made sure we were accommodated. For any pet owners, there is a big field/ park right outside so a great walking area.||Parking is very limited and the lot fills up quickly in the evenings. There is no workout center and the pool is small but you're not here for those things anyway. Would recommend this hotel if you're in town.

We stayed 5 nights and loved the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and had different tasty options every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The street is quiet and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Close to the entrance of Yellowstone too. The staff was excellent, Benji, Bing and Gerardo were friendly, professional and caring people. They made our stay extra special and I would recommend this hotel to anyone for sure! Great stay, thank you!

The room was adequate for our needs as we were usually gone for most of the day. The breakfast was good, but seating was limited so we made sure we didn't linger once we were done eating. The staff was very personable and attentive. We had a problem with the toilet and the tv remote, but they were quick to accommodate our needs/request. We chose this hotel as we wanted to enter Yellowstone through the West gate and it was just down the road from that entrance. There were several restaurants nearby, but we ate at Firehouse Bar B Que Company which was excellent. The nightly rate was a little high for off season ($272), but one of the nights was a Saturday which tends to be a higher than other days. I would still recommend this hotel because of the staff and location.

One of few open motels mid October. Very nice and clean room. Bed was soft. Easy access to Yellowstone. It snowed while we were there. The heater worked well. Smaller TV but was fine. I did not have breakfast but it was available. I recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent stay here in West Yellowstone. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and very clean and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The breakfast room is a little small and does get crowded in the morning... Coffee and snacks are available all day! I would stay here again 🙂

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've been to, and the area felt safe and walkable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the food was fresh and tasty. All of these are good things about a hotel, but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and informative about local attractions, but when I experienced a medical emergency, they went above and beyond. I was taken by ambulance to a hospital an hour away, and the ambulance people assured my husband that a free shuttle would bring us back the next day. Unfortunately, when we called the shuttle to arrange a ride, they said they could not take us back to West Yellowstone, that it was too far. We called taxi and shuttle services all in the area, and no one would bring us back. I even called the sheriff for help, but they put us off for hours. Finally we called David, the manager, and explained our dilemma. He arranged for his wife to come pick us up, and he and his staff had all our stuff packed up and ready to go when we arrived back to the hotel, since it was after noon, and we still had a 3 hour drive to Cody ahead of us. He gave us bottled water for the trip, and we were on our way. Who is that kind in today's world? What a wonderful asset David is to the hotel! We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay. Comfortable, clean room. Nice bed. Quiet at night. Daily (excellent) housekeeping, which is a luxury these days! Breakfast is great, with hot breakfast options of sausage, eggs, potatoes, and waffles. There is an oatmeal bar with some topping options and yogurts for those seeking that. Full juice options. Plenty of coffee. The hotel is a 5 min drive from Yellowstone’s West Gate and an easy walk to restaurant options in town.
