SureStay Plus by Best Western Grand Island

My fiance and I are staying at this hotel for 2 nights with the kids. We left the hotel to check out the crane migration. Upon return, one of the kids was distraught about a gaming console missing that they had left behind. We contacted the police. Before police arrived, we found the game very neatly placed in-between the box spring and mattress. We confronted staff. A housekeeper of 10 years with this company admitted to cleaning the room where the game was found. And, general manager, Bonnie defends that it couldn't have been her housekeepers. We contacted corporate office. And, there was nothing they could do because the police had already been contacted before the console was found. Bonnie said she would be giving us a discount on the room. We'll see. Do not disturb is going on the door until we leave. My fiance and I feel violated and will never come back to this place.

Possibly the best dog friendly hotel ive stayed at. For just over $100 i got a "3 Queen bed suite"! It was like a small apartment. The pool was also amazing, my kids loved they just walked out of the room and were at the pool! The breakfast, thank you for having real food! Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. This place is amazing, excellent job.

Made one reservation at this place. At one point their virtual assistant who is run by the hotel staff reached out regarding our stay. Through that conversation we discovered they had 3 rooms reserved for us under multiple reservations. We indicated we didn't reserve 3 rooms, staff indicated they would cancel reservation. We got there at check in and the person up front indicated we'd have to call hotels.com to fix the issue on Monday. Did now and hotels.com only finds one reservation for 2 rooms 235.00. Hotel directly billed us 206 for 3rd room, now dealing with 2 seperate people on property indicating that they can't do anything about it. Further discussion indicated that they checked us into two separate itineraries, which we dind't know about. One of those was reversed but not reversed for the correct amount we were overbilled. Now working with them, they indicated they could not send a receipt for anything since it's confidential. First time I've ever stayed at a place where they can't give you a receipt. Looks a little phony to me or maybe management doesn't clearly know how to do their job. Do not stay at this substandard facility as it's dated uncomfortalbe and staff is completely incompetent.

Stayed here to go Christmas shopping the next day and it was decently priced. But they had made 4 transactions on my account and kept saying our cards wouldn't go through, but then when we checked out it went through. Long story short we had no money left for Christmas shopping due to all of the charges. We did get our room refunded, but I'm just warning others incase this was to happen to them. Also took 3 sets of room keys for them to work on our door and our room smelt horribly musty. They accept pets and had dogs barking in the room next to us at 11PM and 6AM...... husband also had rooms booked for NE Fire School next year and we cancelled them due to all of the problems we had. Hope no one else has to go through this.

The housekeepers are hardworking ladies that know how to do their job and they do it well. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is good but could use bacon, obviously lol❤️ The front desk staff is friendly and approachable, the manager is a nice adorable little lady with amazing hair. 9/10

First off the pool was cold as heck. Then the housekeeper tried to barge in the next morning. No knock what so ever. Talk about privacy! Go somewhere else!

Nice stay. The place was great. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Plenty of channels to watch. The staff was not rude and check in was quick.

Excellent experience for 5 nights. Very quiet room, front desk very responsive, comfortable beds, pool was very enjoyable to do water exercises. Gym equipment wasn't fully functional. There are no elevators. Eggs and sausage didn't taste good. We didn't eat anymore breakfasts there, so everything else was very satisfactory.
