The gravy was cold, the biscuits were hard, cold, and dry. The waffle batter dispenser was empty, and the syrup dispenser was nearly empty. The refrigerator had streaks on the handle, and the floor had trash and debris on it.||The room was comfortable and warm. There was a crack/hole in the shower wall.

On Christmas day, my children were too exhausted to drive back from their bio father‘s house. It was safest for us to book a room for them. When I say children, they are 18 years old. I booked the hotel room for them as it was an unexpected expense, used my rewards points as well. I was asked to send in the front and back of my drivers license to a Gmail address and confirm in writing that I would be responsible for any damages to the property because neither one of them were over the age of 21. They cannot check in I obliged and followed their rules and did what they asked. Once they receive my information and my payment. They then informed us they could not check the children in and turn them away on Christmas night nowhere to stay to 18 year-old kids and yes they have made this trip multiple times. This is nothing new when you live in a divided home, but I cannot believe that they have done this and now their cancellation policy says in order for a refund I had to ask for one four hours before check-in The man at the front desk who said he owns the place was completely rude no empathy and did not try to help whatsoever. In fact, he raised his voice and told me that as a Wyndham rewards member I should already know they had to be 21 which I do and that’s also why I signed the waiver for him and sent my drivers license. Now worried about ID theft cuz why did you ask for my ID if you were only going to turn away my kids.

As close as you can stay to Fonner Park. Reasonably priced, clean rooms, (could stand some minor maintanence), and the real surprise was DAILY housekeeping, very rare these days. Family restaurant across the parking lot, both with plenty of parking. And the outside doors are ALWAYS locked..you need your room key to get into the building!

Well my plan was to stay at this "professionally cleaned as advertised" hotel location last night 8/2/24. However upon inspection of entering the room I found bed bugs and their droppings under bed folds! I promptly left and the employee at the front desk was understanding. He promptly said he would cancel/refund our visit. He also said he would have offered me another room, but they were fully booked. I highly recommend people always inspect your rooms regardless of where you visit before getting situated to possibly avoid a disaster like I did. Ideally you should leave your belongings in the car doing this instead of bringing them to the room right away like I did. I decided just to drive the 1.5 hour trip home and am taking precautions in the hope I'm not infecting my home. I just hope it works....

Positive: So reason is price gouged charged --- plus for three nights each night there is nothing special about it maybe --- tops don't be gready but other than that would be a great place but if you charge that price give me the experience that I pay for Negative: Price gouge not worth the money period but most of the staff is good --- dollars for 3 nights is not ok so review reflects that change your prices and stay consistent with that should get better reviews because it will stay full regardless

Room was clean but dated. Loved that they accepted my dog. Staff was friendly. My room was next to the major road, so it was a bit noisy from street traffic. Price was good when compare to similar hotels and very close to Fonner Park. They did make popcorn one evening and there was fresh fruit available.

Good location, close the restaurants. Very close to busy road so kind of noisy at night. Lots of cars racing and police going by at times. Rooms are ok, a bit dated. Saw another person had bed bugs in their room. Definitely recommend checking before you stay here!
