Sleep Inn

Stuck here from a storm. Lady at the front desk was amazing. She was funny and helped me move rooms when mine had a loud fridge. I ordered a regular room but was stuck in a wheelchair accessible one both times even though it was cheaper than my room. Considering how busy they were, I didn't want to complain. Only bag thing is somebody had a dog in the common area that kept barking on Monday morning. Thankfully I was checking out.

Rooms are very clean. Big for the king. Beds, it's a very big, we'll definitely be back again. Thank you for helping me off this morning

Location of sketchy it is in the city of 53,000 that is predominantly working class now that's not a problem put some of the clientele are interesting full stop Clark check me in was very nice and personable and the rooms themselves are presentable and clean.

I’m judging this review based off the prices they ask for. Seems like to me they take advantage of “Events” and charge ridiculous amounts for what you actually get at this Sleep inn. For the record… I have traveled all over the US full time for over 10 years. (So I know what to expect in different regions of the country) Feels like to me they jack up the prices for events and are ok with selling less rooms for more rather than more rooms for less. This hotel shouldn’t be more than 70ish bucks a night. If you have to pay anything more than 100 then move right along. Even if you have to pay a little more somewhere else. Anything over a 100 you will be like me… wishing you would have stay elsewhere. 🤦‍♂️ hope this helps others make the right decision down the road.

Positive: There was nothing that I liked had a check out at 5:00 in the morning because the furnace stopped working and rattled off off the wall how to unplug it it's set off the smoke detector and the lady at the front desk act like it was no big deal Negative: Lady at the front desk was not very accommodating when my room heater quit working started rattling so bad it felt like it was going to come off the wall set off the smoke detector had to unplug it checked out at 5:00 in the morning because I was freezing

The woman working in the afternoon/evening is awful. Absolutely no one under 16 is allowed in the pool without an adult. Our 14 year old boys, who are very responsible & have been swimming for years, were there with others who were seniors in high school but she wouldn’t allow them in because they weren’t under adult supervision. Adults can’t go in, however, if they have a beverage. They must sit in the lobby & watch through the window. A woman was going to walk into the pool area to sit with her family but had a Yeti cup with a lid on it so the woman told her she couldn’t go in. One of the boys took a Dixie cup of water (the hotel provides in the lobby next to the pool) into the pool area & was told he couldn’t take beverages in there. She made him come back out. The rooms are very dated & small. The entire first & second floor hallways smelled off marijuana all day. Austin, who works the front desk during the morning/early afternoon, was very accommodating & the location is good but there are a lot of hotels to choose from in this area. Won’t stay here again.
