Candlewood Suites Grand Island by IHG

Second stay at this hotel in the past 5 months. In my review of my first stay, I mentioned how horrible the music was in the common areas and how slick the showers were in the rooms, like a sheet of ice. This stay the music in the common areas was oh so much better, and the shower floor in my bathroom had something on it that made it much less of a hazard. Guess they are listening to the reviews! Nice job!

This property was clean, staff was courteous, and the fitness center was well maintained. I was greeted promptly at the front desk and check in was smooth. My room was very nice, plenty of amenities for a family or business traveler.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted as an awards member. The staff was very accommodating. I loved my room and was pleasantly surprised that I had a kitchen. I did laundry the 1st night of my stay. I have never stayed at a place that I didn’t have to pay to use the machine! Great place to stay!

The entire hotel, including the rooms, was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the signs posted to inform guests of quiet hours in the evenings, kindly requesting that guests remain quiet in the halls. This thoughtful touch made the stay even more relaxing.

We stayed here for the Sandhill Crane viewing. We thought the lobby was very clean. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Lots of shopping around so we were able to go to the grocery store and get food. We would stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Easy check in. I thought the pet fee was very high ($75) for an almost 7# dog. I really think they should add a nice breakfast for the price of the room.

Disappointed with food service,which was none. The available coffee was poor👎. The check in lady was great👍. It is an extended stay design and the room was clean and well designed. Being a extended stay design makes no food service even more baffling

Clean, quiet, new, super comfy bed, friendly staff. I needed a spot to stay while traveling due to weather, and this was one of the nicer hotels in Grand Island that will allow pets. My cattle dog, my partner, and I all enjoyed our stay!
