The rooms were very dated. The carpet going up the stairs were stained, the love seat was stained, paint was chipped on the stairs railing, the free breakfast was not edible eggs were like water, the pool was not open Memorial Day weekend, the volleyball net was cut in half and our car got hit in the parking lot. And when walking in our room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Very dated-Stained carpet, stained furniture, tv in bedroom did not work, kitchen linoleum torn, pair peeled on stairway bannister, volley ball net torn and the free breakfast was not edible when we opened the door the room smelled like cigarettes. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.

Great Location, When we first checked in we were treated great. If we needed extra towels or anything else extra was needed. Parking was not convenient they would allow people to park where ever they wanted even not in a parking space. There were stink bugs every where in the room. They would randomly come to our room and accuse us of smoking, none of us smoke. The people in the room above us smoked and would throw the butts out the sliding door. But we were accused of it. The management was always rude. The housekeeping staff were very nice. Except after my elderly mother fell in the tub and had to go to the hospital by ambulance. Then they don't want to help any one or offer any kind of assistance. They didn't even ask if my mother was okay and if she was needing anything or if she was still in the hospital or not. So no concern for anyone. And basically kick you out of your room. If I could do a negative 10 I would don't stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice. They are cruel people and don't care about anyone.

Horrible place to stay , the sheets on the bed are dirty and stained, the restroom is horrible, dirty walls, uncleaned windows, and peeling paint all over. I do NOT recommend this at all save your money and go somewhere else. The restrooms absolutely stink it smells like cigarettes and cat piss mixed together .

Full of bed bugs , was only there for a hour or so. Had to leave because of the bites and cat piss smell . But still got charged for a night.

Stayed here during the college world series. Our air conditioning didn't work in the room and it was so hot, but when we informed staff they immediately moved us. The outdoor pool was nice. The room itself was old and in need of updating, however it was really nice to have a kitchen since we were staying for 4 days. We did use the stove/oven. The free breakfast was actually pretty good and the staff that ran the breakfast goes above and beyond. Location was a little different, behind businesses. Nearby deli was delicious. Staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Overall, due to the great staff, we would return.

When we arrived, immediately I got worried. The location is sketchy and heavily trafficked. The hotel grounds were overgrown with thistles and other weeds. We went to investigate our upper level room and found the downstairs room was wide open with a window broken. Our room smelt like cigarettes. The couch was sticky and the carpet had stains. I went to look upstairs and found a bug on the toilet paper roll. The receptionist was friendly and stated she would cancel the transaction after we showed her the bug. The transaction is still pending in our account. The pictures are deceptive. Do not stay here.

Excellent stay! We rented a two-level, two-bed/two-bath suite and it was fantastic. Huge vaulted ceilings, beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and comfortable beds. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. The morning breakfast was great. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pastries were available. We came to Omaha to visit the zoo and it was a very close drive. The outdoor pool was great too and perfect for a hot summer weekend like we had. I’d definitely stay here again!
