GM was absolutely disrespectful terrible hospitality terrible treatment of me while I was at work called me at work because I hadn’t made the payment yet, but I was working on the payment. I was working getting that money right then and there it was going to be paid regardless I’m not entitled. I know it needed to be paid. That’s why I was working, but she decided to call me while working to belittle me. Talk down to me. Talk to me like I was stupid and she just kept going on and on and on even when I was being apologetic about not having the payment in yet, and I was working on it at that moment and it was going to definitely be paid. All of what she did caused me to have extreme anxiety extremely stressed. I had three orders I was working on over 100 items and I only had 12 more left to pick shopping at Hy-Vee and because of her going on and on and treating me the way she was treating me Caused me to break down in front of people and cry. I couldn’t even focus or concentrate on the last 12 items I needed to pick because I was so upset and felt defeated and felt just broken. I’m going through a lot of unimaginable stuff at the moment this last year of my life’s been brutal. I did not need what I got from her. When I got to the hotel, the lady at the desk, I asked her if she was the one I spoke to she said no it was the GM I spoke to and then she told me that I am not allowed to book there again. That was the point in which I decided to express my frustration and disgust Of how she treated me, knowing I was at work she knew I was working and she kept going on and on and so I have every right to express my feelings of how she treated me and what I thought of her. And in return because I expressed my feelings of her treatment of me How embarrassing it was for me to fall apart in front of people Hy-Vee made it more complicated for me to finish my task. Because I told her to shut up cause I didn't want to hear another word from her mouth. She said I’m calling the police because I told her to shut up.Lol So she did call the police and gave me an hour to get my things and leave and then wasn’t gonna refund my money. so not only did She treat me terribly make me fall apart at work. She took the money that I paid for that day and wouldn’t give it back knowing that that money I worked for that day to pay for the room. I am homeless and I didn’t have anywhere else to go. I had to sleep in my van that night and the next night because all of what Happened caused me extreme stress, and I didn’t want to do much of anything at all so I barely worked that next day to make money to pay for a room. So I slept in my van again. It’s the most low feeling of my life being where I’m at and in the position I’m in. I booked Through booking so I was able to contact them and they are refunding my money, but I have to wait 10 to 15 business days. Doesn’t really do me any good when I needed it that night.

The room itself was clean but the chair and footstool were stained, the curtain was broken on one end but did cover the window. The bathroom was missing a light diffuser and the tub and surround could use re-caulking as it is aged and cracking. The outlet on the desk and nightstand only had one of the two working, the lamp by the chair is decoration because it cannot be plugged in. The one wall outlet available needs replaced as it is loose. The room across the hall was missing the number tag so they took a big magic marker and wrote the room number on the wall which was very tacky. Breakfast was dismal as the only hot items were the items you made, waffles and toast. There was no fruit and very limited cereals, Fruit Loops and Crispix. There were also no pastries. The full beds in the room are closer in size to twins than full size. The overall hotel is outdated and run down with damaged tiles and holes in the ceiling by the dining room, definitely not to Wyndam standards, I guess the best thing I could say is that it was quiet even though it is on a major street and the desk staff were friendly not to mention the price was not horrible, total stay $72 on a Saturday night. So if you are looking for quiet but not much else, stay here. If you want better, stay elsewhere.

Everything was comfortable and as expected. The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately the cleaners don't look on the balconies when they clean rooms. Mine had dog poop on it and there's no telling how long it was actually there. Just try checking the balconies once in a while if pets are allowed to stay.

Currently staying here . I’m glad I’m only here for one night and it was only $50 as anything more would be robbery . The room has stains everywhere , there was trash all through out , and hair in the bathtub. It’s definitely outdated and is in need of repairs . Also I can hear a lot of highway noise as the sliding glass balcony window is paper thin and the balcony itself is shared with another guest which is kinda crazy, so hopefully I don’t get murdered tonight . It’s 9 o clock at night and all I hear are loud cars and motorcycles so hopefully I can sleep . I try to save money by buying these cheap hotels but moving forward this experience makes me want to shell out the little extra money for a nicer fancier hotel that is cleaner and I feel more safe in .

Definitely not the lap of luxury, was probably very nice in its day. I needed a place to stay for a few nites while my apartment cleared some fumes. I felt safe, the room was clean, the desk was very friendly and I did not have to pay an arm and a leg. The breakfast was so so but honestly non of them have great food so it was no big loss. They might want to add some healthy snacks like fruit, Other than that I would suggest taking care of the small things like cracked plastic in the overheads, and just small disrepair. With a bit of effort the place could easily be brought up to par. It’s nice to know it’s there for future reference.

Badly in need of repairs, updates, and a deep cleaning. The front desk staff was nice, but everything was worn down, broken, dirty and stained. They have clearly had water damage at some point as the the ceilings and walls are all water stained and peeling. The bathroom, beds, chairs, and floors were so stained and dirty. The beddinf ans pillows had so many stains and hair all over them, we didn't even want to sleep in them. We did not even want to complete our stay but it was late at night and we had to be up early the next morning.

I am having nothing but a bad day I have been through three other hotels today just trying to get a room. Lynn has been nothing but a huge help finding me a room getting me set up and getting me up there quickly. The room is nice and clean. Once again Lynn thank you so much for the help

We required a handicapped accessible room which was absolutely filthy! There were heavy duty extension cords plugged into cheater plugs in 2 wall outlets. We had to unplug the microwave from the cheater to plug in a cpap machine. The rug by the main entrance was soooo wrinkled that it was a serious tripping hazard for my mobility challenged friend. Breakfast was atrocious! Stale and pathetic!
