Staybridge Suites Omaha 80th And Dodge by IHG

First time in Omaha and thrilled to have chosen this hotel - very clean, super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast options. The bed was comfortable and love the back patio area with the fireplace to just sit outside at night and chat with other people staying there.

We stayed at Staybridge because my son had to be seen at Children's Hospital the next day for a procedure. Because Staybridge accommodates families who have children who are patients at Children's Hospital, the hotel is very in tune to the needs of little ones and their families who are struggling with health needs, and this shows. The staff was very caring and helpful. When we got into our room, we noticed that our toilet seat was broken. Right away, the Staybridge staff replaced the seat with a smile and kind words. It was nice to have bags of ice available for free in the lobby, and coffee was always made and hot in the the cafeteria. We can not praise the Staybridge team enough. Thank you for helping make a stressful time in our family's lives much more bearable. God bless you all!

Nice hotel! The Stay bridge isn't on my list of normal hotels but it will be now. The rooms were nicely sized with a full couch, coffee table, desk, real fridge and 2 burner cook top. The AC blew out off the couch so when it was running it didn't blow on the bed. A simple thing but so rarely done. Breakfast was good, bacon almost every morning. They had bold coffee and normal coffee. I'm a big fan of coffee that doesn't put hair on your chest so I really appreciated that. We enjoyed the nightly snacks they served Monday-Wednesday. And for breakfast and snacks they have a real soda fountain so you could get a soda without paying $3! In glad it's now on my radar for future trips!

The Good This hotel is great and the staff are great, friendly and super amicable. Breakfast and the social evenings were awesome. The Bad The laundry is the worst I’ve used in a long time. The washers are hit and miss and all the vents on all of the driers are plugged, So even after 2 and a half hours, I still had to hang the clothes in my room. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss with the access code, more miss than hit. And would not connect with my name and room number. Thankfully the good outweighs the bad, so hopefully they will improve the laundry and Wi-Fi. I will have no hesitation to return to this hotel, it was a nice place.

Nice clean hotel! courteous staff. Excellent breakfast every morning and accommodating rates for being at Children's Hospital! Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Would recommend to anyone!

We came here and the pool room had a large amount of BLACK MOLD on the wall. We got out of the pool room ASAP. We told the front desk and they were aware of it yet the pool room wasn't closed? Absolutely horrific. To top that off they were super stingy on giving extra towels or blankets or pillows. & during our stay there was trash left in hallways for over a day that was not picked up. Gross! Would not recommend.

The staff was wonderful. Especially the front desk. In the evening we received great recommendations for local food. The next day when we checked out Dahlia (sp?) helped my daughter print out her chemistry test that she needed to turn in before the day was over. You all are the best!

Had a $300.00 Suite here early 2025. Clean-yes, but: Shower in master room-luke warm water at best, Shower door kept rolling open. TV remote only worked within 3 feet of the TV just like the one in the lobby. Sorry to complain allot of these small items tend to add up.
