Motel 6 Omaha, NE

After driving 10 hours it was so hard to find this place at night as their lit sign was dark and they were on a small dark industrial street The place was in the middle of some kind of clean out which made it look not open. The doors to the ground floor rooms are off the lobby The people running the place were still banging around at 10.30pm. Then started vacuuming at 11.30 at night. I walked out in my pyjamas to ask what they were doing expecting a “sorry”. Instead I got “ it will be another five minutes”. I paid $70 to not get any sleep till midnight. In the morning I spoke to the other guy about it and he justified it by saying “ we can’t vacuum during the day”. Really!! No you would rather do it at night when people trying to sleep and justify by saying it was “ only for a few minutes”. More like 10. But really not the point. People pay to get sleep not have to take the back burner because you want to do your cleaning at night. apparently your day clients are more important that those who come in at night The room was okay but the people running this place are arrogant and have no sense of how to run a customer based business. Unfortunately the other motel 6 In town were filled. thank you for your reply, if you care to let me know where to contact you i will gladly reach out....

I usually stay at the one in council bluffs. I accidentally rented this one. Appears to be owned by the same people. Rooms are updated the same. It was quiet. Not to sure what's around in the general area. Didn't see anything close by. Where as in council bluffs, theirs fast food and gas stations all within walking range. Can't complain about it here though. It wasn't a negative experience. I have stayed at a couple that were really bad. So this brand has become one I usually shy away from anymore. But for a cheap place to stay on a solo stay, this one works. Now is it somewhere I would bring my kids to? Probably not. But that's just me. The only real complaint here would be the shower. Had plenty of pressure out the faucet, but once the shower was turned on, seems like half the pressure was gone

Awesome service. Everyone has been very kind and the rooms are always cleaned. I travel a lot for work and this has been one of the best hotels I’ve visit

The service was great. But the hotel wreaks of cigarettes. There was a dish towel for drying as a towel as well as the bathtowel I dried off with smelled like cigarettes! So, while I asked for a non-smoking room, the entire place smells of cigarettes.

Staff is nothing but phenomenal. Very professional. Went above and beyond to help us out in our time of dire need. Amazing housekeeping team cleaned the room very fast. Location is next to several shopping centers and right off the local highways. I can not say enough good things about the locale.

Was very friendly. Had to get sheets and beding from them. Didn't get our bed spread back. But the purpose was to go to a concert. Best time in my life.

Just had the most pleasant check-in with Sai, I believe is his name. Allowed early check in for just $10, he was patient, understanding of our early arrival, gave us options in choosing the room by personally showing what he had available and was very efficient in his job. Thank you for making this one of the fastest and least stressful check-ins I've ever had. Will definitely be using this Motel 6 again. Thank you.
