Raine Motel

Okay, so 3 weeks ago I was put in a room in the back absolutely fabulous clean spotless room with clean linens and a very spacious room. Was very pleased. This week was put in one of the front rooms. The carpet was not vacuumed at all. When I came out of the shower and went to pick up my shower mat it was absolutely black on the side that was on the floor. The linen is a dingy grayish brown color and little stains all over it. I can see that the new owners are trying to keep it up but I would never rent these rooms out under these conditions. Or minimally maybe have somebody come in thoroughly clean the rooms. Was very disappointed this time.

Terrible customer service. Be careful as they can scam you. Charged our card twice and tried saying they didn't then a few months later charged our card again. Thank gosh for a good credit card company as they are handling the fraud.

Positive: I could park at my door and had easy access to the highway. Negative: Price was way out of line for the quality of the property. The "breakfast" was marginal with dry cereal and other carb-heavy items were the extent of the offerings.

Very nice. Very clean. It is a older hotel but cleanliness and friendliness is more important to me when staying overnight. Owners super friendly. Nice continental breakfast also. It's a hidden gem. We met some bicyclers that have stayed there on their travels once each year for the last 5 years and keep coming back because they like it so well. Would definitely stay there again.

So I was browsing thru the reviews. I saw all the negative reviews. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some crappy hotels. If u like your 5 star hotels this may not fit your life style. I was able to check in early without a hassle. Front desk was awesome. They will bend over backwards for and treat u with kindness. Room was clean no issues there. Rooms have been updated. It was a five star experience. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Great motel with friendly staff. They even serve breakfast.

Rooms ok but towels and washcloths looked very dinghy. breakfast was not the best cream cheese was sting out and should have been in the fridge. Syrup was so thick it wouldn’t hardly pour out . No bagels just toast. Not much choice on anything.

Great place, especially for the price. Nice people at the front desk. Rooms were clean.

One of the better motels I've encountered, and for a steal of a price! Our rooms were very clean and well-maintained even during the off-season, and the folks in the office have been helpful whenever we've had questions or requests.
