NillNice newer hotel just off the highway. Rooms are very spacious. Has half size fridge, huge microwave and dishwasher. Little coffee maker but all day complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. Friendly staff, no complaints. If I had to mention some negatives, here are some. Breakfast is rather basic, no fresh cut up fruits, no yogurt and the juice machine was out of service. They don’t sell alcohol in their little market and no restaurants or pubs in a walkable area. Would I stay here again? Probably for an overnight stay, but for longer stays maybe not.

NillThis was a great stay! The rooms are very spacious, they have great amenities, a pool, workout room, 2 washers and dryers. the breakfast isn't as noteworthy as most places but it gets the job done! The room has a huge microwave, a medium sized fridge and freezer about half sized as most homes. They also have a stovetop if you request one. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom has a standing shower with decent pressure as well as the dual flush toilets with soap, conditioner and shampoo. They are pet friendly too! The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the AC being limited to 68 otherwise it was a very comfortable stay

★★★★Nice hotel, good fitness center (used daily, has everything you need). Small pool (didn't use but saw families having great fun in there). Room was nice. Thinking there would be a full kitchen but I was mistaken. But had full size microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plus plates, utensils, glasses, etc, so that was nice. Also hotel had portable induction hotplates and pots/pans at front desk. Grabbed one and used quite a bit to make noodles/ramen, etc. Wow, that induction stove was powerful. Had water boiling in minutes! Breakfast hour not long. Worked late, so slept late. I'd head down around 10am to get coffee and breakfast closed, so guessing it ended around 9 but actually confirmed. Only coffee in the morning, so not that important to me.

NillWe’ve stayed at this location many times over the years since they opened as Honors members, typically for 3-5 nights at a time. As expected, its newness is wearing off. This past stay over Thanksgiving 2024 was disgustingly dirty. We had to use sheets to cover questionable stains on upholstered furniture. Mirror and shower glass were smeared with previous soap/sprays showing poor cleaning. The carpets were so sticky our shoes would stick to the tile as we walked around. We kept our shoes on at all times. Reported to front desk and offered a room change but we were already settled in, and who’s to know the new room wouldn’t be just as bad. Luckily I travel with cleaning wipes and took care of all surfaces myself. After checkout, a housekeeping mgr called to apologize and offered a ton of Hilton points blah blah, wouldn’t you know I never saw those come through. Cannot say that we’d be returning to this Hilton location unfortunately.

NillWe traveled to Home 2Suites with our hockey team for the RocCity tournament. The rooms were well kept and in great condition; the kitchen was well stocked. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash were topped up and smelled so good! But the most remarkable part of our experience was the staff. What a fantastic, remarkable group of people; I wish I gathered all of their names, but the 2 we got to know the most were Kelila (front desk) and Pedro (house). From towels, to recommendations, to directions, to moral and emotional support, Kelila and Pedro were there for us! They were so professional and approachable; they were the epitome of customer service. They accommodated us so well and their kindness was not lost on me. We stayed for 4 days, I’m happy to say they - all the staff we encountered - they became part of our group. Thank you for this excellent experience!

NillManager Trista or Tristan is very very nasty I booked for a weekend stay for my child’s second birthday and the room didn’t have any heat the lady at the front desk came to the room to try to fix It and was unable to fix it and was to have the maintenance man come the next morning. He came at check out time when there was no need for it to be fixed. I asked for some type of refund or accommodation for the inconvenience nd Trista told me o could’ve packed up and went to another hotel if it was that cold. Do not book here they are very nasty

NillThis hotel was an amazing respite in a very unfortunate situation (emergency landing of our flight and unexpected overnight in Rochester). The staff here - and I'm sorry I cannot remember their names! - were fantastic - incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely designed.

NillGreat Hotel. Clean, Friendly and Convient. Highly Commend housekeepers Marlyn and yilsa. They went above and beyond when cleaning my room. I even left a note saying they didn't need to clean, just refill. They still cleaned and got a couple things I needed so I am very grateful for there hardwork. Plus I come here every few weeks for my job so I always choose to stay here. Staff is friendly and efficient. They even have a BJs card that they let all the guest use to shop at BJs right next door. And they are very pet friendly which is awesome cause I bring my dog with me everywhere n she loves it too. Thank you
