Jocelyn checked me in and out! Stayed for 2 weeks- maintenance, front desk staff, and guest services are accommodating, friendly, and on top of things! Rooms are spacious and clean. Great for business travel or with family. Ideal location for activities, food, and entertainment but I was so comfy I stayed in most days! Plus natural lighting and awesome view.Thanks Jocelyn and team!

Positive: The room was very spacious with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. Great for a long stay. There was also a free, yes free, washer and dryer in the hotel lobby gym. And the room was very clean. Negative: There was only one exit and entrance and the signage could have been more clear. Once were knew where it was, it was fine.

We recently stayed at Home2 Suites in Rochester as a family of four, and our experience was fantastic. The support team was extremely helpful and kind, but I want to give a special shoutout to Jocelyn, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. For example, when we requested extra blankets, she not only made sure we got them but personally delivered them to our room—even though I offered to go downstairs and pick them up myself. Her attentiveness and dedication truly stood out and made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you, Jocelyn, and the entire team at Home2 Suites for your outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!

Rats in the hotel. All over the place. It was in the room and when you call the front desk and let them know they will say they cannot help you for the same . This happened on Friday 14th of March. My family checked out immediately and later found that there are rats running in the kitchen too and they have rat traps kept . Substandard service and unhygienic conditions for sure. More than the rat itself the attitude of the front desk people in responding to this was very unprofessional and unacceptable

Stayed two nights while visiting RIT. Bad choice. We have stayed at many Home2Suites and love them. Also stay at many Hilton hotels. This one was horrible. Decent proximity to RIT but getting in and out of hotel was inconvenient. Had to go one way then do a u-turn every time we left the hotel. The hotel was very run down and not taken care of. I should have read the other reviews first. They would have warned me. The general areas (elevator and hallways) were very dirty. Room cleanliness wasn’t so bad but the smoke detector appeared to have been tampered with and the shower door was off the rail and would not slide open easily. All things cleaning staff SHOULD notice. The other thing they should notice was the room next door chain smoking weed. The whole second floor hallway knew what was going on and it was infiltrating into our room. Pretty sure everyone on that floor had a contact high walking by that room. Management needs to address these situations. I also think the room above us was occupied by kids whose parents went out for the night. They were jumping and running for a solid 3 hours. Called the front desk. It didn’t stop until midnight maybe. Then started by up promptly at 8am. Again, management needs to pay attention to what is going on in their hotel. But good luck finding anyone at the front desk. Where is it they run off to?

Frequently stay in Hilton hotels but upon arrival found that this was not a choice property. Went to assigned room and found that room service had not been completed in the room, bed was made up but unclean sheets with hair from previous occupant, bathroom not cleaned with used towels, trash in several places throughout the room. In fairness I was offered a partial refund for this issue but considering other reviews of this property and that there are other hotels in the area I would advise considering an alternate.

I thought this would be a good place to take the four grandchildren for the night! I was WRONG!!! I don't think the room that I booked was the room we got. The dishwasher leaked, the draws for your clothes wouldn't stay shut, the coffee maker didn't work, (they put in a work order) I thought someone would have given me a different one. (Nope)! The toilet would flush if you did it twice. The room was very, very dated (OLD). I see now why they don't post pictures of the bathroom; you might want to run! Booking the room for six people, we got towels for four people. There was one chair in the room, everyone else had to sit on the bed, the couch (you can sit 3 on) when it wasn't being used for a bed. I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many Hiltons, I never thought they would put their name on this Place! Breakfast was far from the others we have had. I can't eat eggs, so my go-to is oatmeal. Well, there was no brown sugar or milk, just sticky oatmeal. Who eats plan oatmeal? I wish I had a picture. The kids did enjoy the pool, and the water temp was good for them. Hey, Hilton, you need help! big thumbs DOWN!!! Save your money people and book someplace differently.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton for two weeks, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The room was fantastic—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. The comfortable bed and cozy seating area provided the perfect retreat after a long day. The gym was another highlight of my stay. It was well-equipped with a couple of machines and free weights, allowing me to maintain my workout routine effortlessly. I appreciated the cleanliness and accessibility of the fitness center at all hours. A special shoutout to Ahsen at the front desk—she was truly amazing! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made a significant difference in my stay. She was always available to answer questions and always up for a friendly morning chat. Additionally, the maintenance man and cleaning staff were consistently pleasant and professional. It was clear that they took pride in their work, and it showed in the upkeep of the property. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
