Fairfield Inn Rochester Airport

If you need to stay at the airport, then this is the place. A short walk to the parking garage and terminals. Very convenient location. Recently remodeled and very clean. Reasonable room price and a free breakfast. Shout out to Chardonnay at the front desk, very friendly.

Was moving out of Rochester, but with no bed on the last day before the flight, I booked a night here — it was very much on the bucket list of things to do in ROC before leaving, after passing by this hotel so many times during my trips to the airport (it is basically next door to the terminal). Was extremely pleased, the staff were super positive and professional, and the room was spotless. Am extremely grateful as well that they approved a super very last minute request for a 4 PM checkout; my flight was at 7 PM, and staying in the room spared the time of just circling the gates for hours. Like everyone else, much props to Chardonnay at the front desk who I was able to have a good chat with to wrap up my years living in ROC, and Cameron (hope I heard his name right!) for answering several questions I had at the beginning of the stay with great clarity. While leaving Rochester was certainly the right decision, so was choosing this place as the final place to stay and wrap up the journey. Will remember it fondly.

We stay here when we have an early flight out of Rochester. Chardonnay, your guest services person is amazing. She is friendly, outgoing and such a ray of sunshine. We are bonvy elite members and travel all over, she is one of your best employees . Big cudos to Chardonnay of Fairfield airport Rochester NY.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn Rochester NY. Chardonnay the receptionist was incredibly friendly and accommodating, she went above and beyond to help us. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great service. The location was perfect for airport access, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!". Thank you once again Chardonnay for a wonderful experience

Chardonnay who was the receptionist when we checked in and out is amazing. She's such a welcoming, friendly and kind person. Our room was clean and comfortable but we checked out before breakfast to make our early flight. Can't beat the location if you have an early flight.

Stayed here with my senior parents the night before a 6am flight. Had a spacious room with 2 double beds. Parking was easy for $6/day and the shuttle was right there. Would def stay here again if traveling. Amenities included a small store in hotel, free shuttle and free breakfast.

I travel a lot for business and I can say without reservation. This is one of the most accommodating hotels for the business traveler. It starts with the wonderful, friendly service by Chardonee' at the Front Desk, the early check- in ability, and breakfast, ready promptly at 4AM... if you have a very early flight. The staff and service at this hotel is simply excellent.
