No complaints about the hotel and staff. All good and id stay here again. Nice pool. It the gym is small. A few very good restaurants in walking distance. Only complaint is a lack of E.V. charging options - head to the nearby Holiday inn for that

Nice hotel in a great location. Shopping is 5min to everything! Restaurants are all close and easy to get to. Front desk staff were easy to talk to as well as any employees we encountered. Rooms are dated and clean but a little dark. The lighting isn’t bright. We had a ground floor room. Access to parking was good.

The general manager, Chris, was extremely accommodating when we had a family member in the ICU at Strong Memorial. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants. The hotel lobby/bar was a great place to meet with other family members. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. We were able to get a hospital rate because our family member was admitted at Strong which made a huge difference for us. We had previously stayed at a new hotel that was closer to Strong but it was much more expensive (no discount rate) and it didn't matter that it was closer since we drove to the hospital anyway. Easy parking at hotel. It was exactly what our family needed during a difficult time and we really appreciated everything about the hotel, and the front desk workers who went above and beyond to help us get checked in over the weekend when hospital staff was unable to coordinate rooms for us.

Thank you to the staff at the Courtyard Rochester Brighton!! The front desk staff ensured I would have a shuttle to the Rochester Airport at 7:30am while an ice/sleet/snow storm was occurring! They were concerned for my safety and making it to the airport on time. The driver of the shuttle, (sorry didn’t get his name), was kind, respectful, and an amazing driver. He navigated the roads with ease and skill ensuring our safety to the airport. Thank you for your location, your services and your kindness. I will be back again!!

Best hotel I've stayed in in quite a while. It's a smaller hotel with more personalized service. They provide shuttle service to Strong Hospital which was extremely helpful. The lobby was very cozy and welcoming. This is definitely the hotel that I will stay at for all of my Rochester trips! It's very close to both the hospital and the airport. There is a large variety of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well.

Rooms were clean. Beds were firm, but not hard. I like the choice of pillows from flat, fluffy and firm. Breakfast, while not free, was good and convient. The pool looked clean.

We stayed at this hotel on our north to south roadtrip. It is a well maintained hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and have all necessary amenities as usual Courtyard quality. It has great parking as well. Would recommend if you are around the area.

The check-in went smoothly. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean, and all of the amenities were in good order. The only issue was at check-out. The rate code in the final bill was not the same as when I reserved the room. The cost was the same, but the bonus points were not. I had to call Marriott to resolve the issue.
