NillThis hotel is awful. Went down to the lobby area to play cards around 8. At 9:30 the employee at the desk came and told my group (4 people) and the rest of the people in the lobby (~10) that we had to leave. It was 9:35 and she “kindly” told us that she let us stay 30 more minutes than what is allowed (supposedly their curfew is 9). There was no sign posted stating any kind of quiet hours or curfew. The manager was then called and he proceed to argue with the guest he was speaking to and threatened to call the police. During this conversation, the guest speaking with him brought up how their room had several issues they would like to address. Some of the ones mentioned were: pee on the bathroom walls, smell, stains on the sheets, and worst of all MOLD in the air conditioner unit (picture below). Sure enough once we went back to our room looked in the unit and there was definitely mold. This is probably one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel often and have stayed in several hotels of all chains. This is unacceptable and honestly should probably have the health department called on them. P.S. There was also a huge red stain on the carpet by the beds (pictured below). Update: There was no type of meat for breakfast. Eggs and potatoes were the only hot choices.

★It was like putting makeup on a pig. The paint seemed fresh, newer flooring in the main spaces, but that's where it ended. The walls were paper thin, terrible selection of TV channels, dirt behind the doors like they hadn't been closed to clean, soft spots in the floors, stains on the walls, toilet moved like it wasn't secured to anything, dead bug under the sink, stains on the towels. And as icing on the cake, kicked out of the breakfast area at 9pm for "curfew" on a Saturday night. There with a group and there was literally zero other gathering spaces - some of the rooms didn't even have chairs at the desks in them. They knew when they booked us we were a sports team, but this hotel is definitely not accommodating for groups (shockingly enough, this was one of the "nicer" rooms!!!). Very rude staff as well.|Not worth the $71/night that I paid.

NillThe check-in process was efficient, and I found my room without any difficulty. The staff member at the front desk was quite helpful during my arrival. Furthermore, checking out was straightforward. I appreciated the breakfast offered, and overall, the hotel maintained a pleasant level of quiet throughout my stay.

NillChecked into the room and the guy at the desk was not friendly what so ever. We were given our keycard and the second we walked up to the hallway the place reeked of smoke and was stuffy. The room was even worse. Second I walked in the room I knew I would not be staying there. I took up the comforter only to find several stains that were red and brown and that was the last straw. Walked out and left and was not able to get a refund what so ever. Absolutely horrible please don’t stay here. You will leave like I did

NillThis hotel is horrible my bathroom door hanging from 1 hinge the floor is dirty along with shower. The window air conditioner is black on inside no filter. We were told to be quiet at 8 pm and to return to room at 930. Breakfast was terrible and service was ridiculous. This is a horrible hotel.

NillKnights in was a disaster. Quality inn is very well clean, serves breakfast every morning at 6 am.The staff or warm, friendly, respectful never rude anytime. You need something there right on I on it. My cat was welcomed with open arms. My cat and I are much happier in quality inn hotel. She looks out the window the people look at her she is relaxed more. She sleeps in one bed all stretched out and sleeps well I sleep well. I like it here alot I even help others in the breakfast area when they come in if they are need help. The beds are comfortable everything is great here. The price is right her for what you receive. They except dos as well you want a hotel to stay come to quay inn.

NillThe front desk people were not friendly and did not know what they were doing. Went in room and used bathroom found three cockroaches. Bedding not very clean. Outdated. Card reader would not work. Our bed had a metal frame that made a lot of noise. Bed was stained up. Checked for bed bugs didn’t see any.
