Courtyard Cincinnati Midtown/Rookwood

Excellent location, and great rooms. Kind of hard to get in and out location, but attached garage once you get there helps. You can also walk to many restaurants in the area. Also, the offer valet and parking is 10 a night in the garage. The staff was excellent.

We have stayed repeatedly at this hotel and will not be staying again. Our son and his family live close and we are loyalty Marriott members. After multiple stays of very rude front desk staff we are done. No more. We checked in at 10:15 pm. They asked us if we would like the bonus points or $10.00 credit that comes with our elite status. We replied $10.00 credit. Our thoughts were we would apply it to breakfast the next morning. They told us the next morning it was only good for the day before. We protested saying we checked in at 10:15 pm. Everything was closed. Why offer that. We were told very matter of factly too bad. That is the way it works. When I checked in the night before the front desk clerk was in a personal conversation and had me wait for a long time. Then she acted as if she was irritated that we were there. We also inquired about the parking charge. The signage says 10.00 valet parking. We chose to self park. When we asked the front desk her reply was valet and self park are the same. I looked it up on their website and it does state self park is 10 and valet is 14. The signage says 10. Just beware you have to pay to park. The room was dirty. The shower was moldy. They let us know they don’t offer maid service anymore and that they consider that industry standard not to offer it more than every other day. If you stay for the weekend you will not get maid service. I assume it is why the rooms are dirty because they don’t clean them as often. I cannot recommend this hotel. This is the third time we have stayed and have had rude front desk staff. It appears to be a reflection of management when multiple people multiple times treat you rudely

No complaints. Staff is very nice, my room was clean and the floor was quiet during my 4 night stay. I forgot my blanket and the process to get it shipped back to my home was smooth. Location is super convenient, with great restaurants in walking distance. I recommend either Seasons 52 or the Capital Grille for a nice dinner.

It's been a while since I've stayed in such a great place! It was very clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was super friendly and accommodating!

HVAC system that rattles and shakes the room coupled with the close proximity to the road makes for a bad night’s sleep. If you like to make a cup of tea forget it…. They only have coffee makers in the rooms….

I stayed here a few weeks ago.. the room was dirty specially the bathroom… mold is in the shower…TV did not work and the manger was rude… I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are plenty of better places to stay in Cincinnati area…the walls are paper thin

Positive: Clean and large rooms. Negative: A little hard to find. Its tucked in behind a lot of buildings. Right on 71 so some noise.

On my last day of my trip I was looking to get some breakfast in the hotels lobby. The server Lori had informed me that the cook was running late. Instead of saying we were unable to serve breakfast Lori took it upon herself to make my breakfast. She truly went above and beyond. This is why I only stay with Marriott. First Class experience!
