This is a terrific hotel that is a little Northeast of Cincinnati. Nice area. Modern, clean, well designed and esthetically pleasing rooms and public spaces. Great breakfast that is included. And a very friendly & accommodating staff. All at a very reasonable price. I wish I could find such a place wherever I travel.

The room was clean and the staff have very been very nice,greeting us when we go down for the delicious breakfast (plenty of choices) ,the largest breakfast that I have seen at a hotel. The pool is checked daily for chemical balance,I have been at the pool just about every day and I have seen the man checking it. |From the time we checked in on November | 4th my family and I have felt welcomed and have been greeted by Sai, Kendra,Nozima and Aisha’s. They have always asked if there was anything we needed and helped us with getting the letter needed to enroll my grandson in online school until we find a house. I booked our stay for 20 days for 1 room however I asked to get a second room as well and Nozima showed me two rooms that were available so that I could decide which one I would take as our second room. The women that run the breakfast buffet |also greeted us each morning. The cleaning staff is very nice and greeted us each time we saw them. Kendra stopped to ask my grandson how he likes it and if we found a house yet. It already feels like have known Kendra and Nozima for awhile even though it has only been 6 days since we checked in. |I would highly recommend staying here. |We have had a 5 star experience here. |I did see some reviews from 2023 stating that the staff was not friendly among other issues but I have not experienced any of that so maybe these people here now are new employees. I have even seen a man was the main lobby floor while we were waiting for the elevator. We will most likely have to extend our stay as I haven’t found a house we like just yet and Nozima and Kendra assured me that we would be able to keep our rooms beyond the original date that I had booked.

We stayed here for a VB tournament at Spooky Nook. Although it was about 30 minutes from the complex, it was an easy drive. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely say here again. Rooms are spacious and I love the layout.

Good sized rooms. The pool was perfect for my young kids. Breakfast had lots of options and the food was tasty and what you'd expect.

We stayed one night as we were in town for a Christmas party and didn't want to drive back home that night. It was awesome! Very clean! Great service, great location! Breakfast was very delicious lots of healthy options! I will definitely be coming back! The best part was the price and check out being noon!! Thanks for the great stay!!

Conveniently located property near highway and food establishments. Hotel room was amazingly large. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom smartly designed with lots of space. Room lighting was great. Only missing was a full length mirror for which there was plenty of room for. Complementary breakfast choices were good and we appreciated the elevated quality such as cage free eggs. Only disappointed with the coffee but there is a Wendy’s and DD nearby.

Probably the worst hotel experience ever. Arrived and checked in fine. New building so I expected a well trained staff. One of two elevators was out of service but 4th floor was served by the working elevator...UNTIL we attempted to depart for dinner. No functioning elevator. We were told they had no idea if or when the elevator would be fixed but they were calling the owner to find out! We had to walk down the fire stairs, that were located behind OPEN doors at all floors - a clear violation. Frequent calls back to the hotel regarding repair were answered with "We don't know or The repair service is not answering" Just poorly trained office staff with no access to repair. Repair was finally completed late in the evening.|And as expected our two night stay had no maid service and our advanced request for towels and pillows was not honored until we called the front desk.

This hotel was VERY nice! It was impressively clean and modern. I was concerned as there are prior reviews sighting bed bugs but this hotel/room couldn't have been cleaner. Bed was pretty comfortable. Both queen beds had 4 regular size pillows (8 total) and had none of those little square pillows that we all despise. Nice touches like a personalized welcome on the TV in your room upon arrival. Front desk staff super courteous and friendly. Provided 2 bottles of water. Shower was nice, good pressure. Water temp doesn't fluctuate easily with the dial so took some times to get right temp. Breakfast had good options and nicely presented.
