Delta Hotels by Marriott Cincinnati Sharonville

Probably the best Delta property I have stayed at yet. Grades and friendly staff, prompt service at the counter as well as at the restaurant. Clean and well-appointed room. Great location close to the interstate with plenty of restaurant options nearby. When I came downstairs for breakfast, I switched from a table to the bar. One of the waitresses noted and said is everything okay. I pointed out that the table was kind of sticky. Two of them immediately went into action and immediately wipe down all the tables. I was truly impressed. Breakfast was made to order and it was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Cincinnati, weather for business or leisure.

It’s a great place to stay. Loved the gym! Every equipment has been kept up and it’s very clean. The rooms have a good amount of plugs and usb ports, small size fridge, and showers have the extended shower head. The morning and evening staff is amazing and we’re always very helpful and kind.

This hotel was booked for a business trip and normally I do not stay in hotels that have this high of rates. My expectations were pretty high and my coworkers stated that Marriott was top of the line. The hotel was clean, neat and well staffed. I made a reservation for a King room but for some reason they had none available when I arrived. They serve breakfast and have a Starbucks (not really). They have a coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee but none of the other products. They breakfast is like a less expensive hotel, only you have to pay for it and tip a person to bring you the food. The rest of the hotel amenities are nice to have but overall not for the price. I would not stay here unless it was payed for as a business trip.

Nice clean modern hotel, great area not a busy area but close enough if you felt the urge to get out. The only issue i had was the front desk staff was a bit hard to understand, broken english but definately helpful. Not a big deal but I just feel the english could have been / should have been more clear to understan. All in all will stay here again.

I was skeptical about booking a room here after reading the reviews but, I’m glad I went with this hotel as it was a great experience from the time of check in to the time we checked out. Rooms were clean, hotel was nice and clean, and the front desk attendants weee very nice and helpful. The food in the eating area was fantastic.. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The biggest issue I had was the shower was only warm. Having a hot shower on the road is really important to me. They limit how hot the shower can be. I would say the water temp did not get past 100 degrees.

Nice hotel with nice rooms with great service. I would have rated the hotel as five stars had parking not been an issue. The parking situation is “interesting”. When I last stayed, the walk to the front desk from the parking lot was unbearable due to the freezing temperatures. During nice weather months, I would suspect the walk not to be an issue.

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The food and the staff at the restaurant and at the desk were suburb! The room and the view was beautiful. Not one thing bad to say!!!! Amazing!
