Needs updated for the money and there are better choices. Beds are comfortable, but room in general needs some work. Heat/AC had a 2x4 under one corner to hold it up. Towels were thin, and the lotion on the counter top was like water and had a smell. No coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. Breakfast was good with a amount of choices. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall I would not choose this hotel. There are better choices close by.

I received amazing customer service. The breakfast workers, Diane and Dylan could not have been nicer. Treat me like a queen. Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. The food was excellent and the accomodations were very comfortable . Five Stars!!!

Loved this hotel. We had a room with a king bed and the room was very clean and so much more spacious than most hotels. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from a very nice, new, park! |We enjoyed our stay!! Special thanks to staff Diane and Dylan!

Great experience at the Wingate, staff is professional and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond. Their breakfast was fantastic for all ages from waffles to a hot food selection and everything else you could need yogurt fruit pastries. Special shout out to Diane and Dylan for breakfast service, despite a busy morning, kept everything stocked and unflustered by the hectic environment around them..

Diane and Dillon did an excellent job with breakfast! They were very attentive to the needs of our group of 40. We stayed for four nights and each morning we were greeted with great service, a smile, and their presence. Thank you guys for being there for us!

We went for a group trip. Rayona and the entire staff were very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond. This is our second year staying here with our group and we are already looking to book next year. Can't wait to stay again. And within walking distance to many things to do.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Appreciated the Tesla chargers as well. The showerhead had a bad squeal/whine when running... the front desk staff noted it when brought up at checkout.

Absolute pathetic hotel I will never in my life. Stay here again. My TV was broken, not completely, but had black lines running all through it and looked like someone punched it. My heater and phone didn’t work whatsoever and then when I went to the office to complain about it When I was checking out, she tried switching it up on me that we were smoking in the room and we don’t even smoke . This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel And I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name, but she was an Asian girl that seemed like she was more like a manager, which is even more crazy to me. Do not waste your money going here you’ll be freezing or hot as hell And you won’t even have a TV that you can actually watch plus they change the remote so you can’t even use the Roku stick like most hotels allow you to The list just goes on and on I highly highly recommend going to a different place even if it’s a couple dollars more I’ll sleep in my car before I ever stay There again I posted a picture of the room key just as proof that I really did rent a room from them and I’m not just putting some bad review on
