Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate

Everyone here has been so incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast??? The best I’ve had at a hotel. They have a rotation of different hot items every morning instead of the same thing. And a waffle maker! With specialty batter flavors they rotate like blueberry, red velvet, and banana bread. The pool is clean and kept warm. The price isn’t the cheapest you’ll find around here, but you get what you pay for. The price is extremely fair for what you get.

A perfectly fine hotel with great, friendly service. The hotel breakfast has two flavors of waffles daily (always plain + chocolate/strawberry/red velvet), eggs, meat, potatoes, hot oatmeal with toppings, banana, apple, orange, bread, muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, 6 variety of cereal and juices. The hotel is also walkable to Waffle House, chick fila, outback, longhorn, Dunkin, Starbucks and etc. it’s across the highway from jungle Jim’s which is an absolute delight.

The service here is unmatched. EVERY employee we had interaction with was so nice and wonderful. In particular, we had wonderful exchanges with Alyssa in housekeeping, Chloe and at the front desk, and Pat in the breakfast cafe. They went above and beyond to help m, had pleasant conversation, and always had a smile on their face! Any hotel can be nice, but the staff makes it. For this reason, we will always choose this Hampton Inn when visiting family in the area.

Positive: Front desk ladies were extremely friendly and the room was very clean Negative: The door has a large gap that let in air and excess noise. The laundry staff were extremely loud early in the morning and I had to ask them go please be quiet.

We stayed 4 nights. The breakfast area seems a bit cramped and squeezed in as an afterthought. An outdoor seating area for non smokers would be nice. Fitness room is a closet. Coffee needs some help. Area seems safe and near a lot of shops. Beds are comfortable.

We needed a quick place to stay overnight on our way through Cincinnatti and wanted to stay out of downtown and close to a Jungle Jim's. The location was just what we wanted and provided a typical breakfast, however, the room we originally were supposed to have was with a pull out sofa, and the sofa contained dogfood and mouse droppings. We quickly went to the front desk and asked for another room but they did not have the same room as booked, so we ended up a little crowded. Overall, management made things right and we went on our way. Probably wouldnt stay at this property again, but location was pretty nice.

The room was clean, and plenty of towels, washcloths, pillows, soaps and coffees were provided. The air conditioning worked great, and we slept soundly.||I selected a room at the end of the hall, near the stairs and near the ice machine, and we had no problems with noise.||I traveled with a dog, and the front desk very capably corrected an issue where my online reservation for 2 rooms had applied the dog fee to both rooms, even though the dog would only be in one of the rooms.||All the staff we interacted with were extremely gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was well-stocked. ||The app worked well to allow me to select my room, get a digital key, and check out.||The location was extremely convenient to lots of restaurants, stores and the highway.
