Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG

This was my first stay with zero issues. Julia at front desk was super pleasant checking us in at a very late 2:30am. Modern, thoughtful design. Comfortable bed and pillows. So convenient for me to my office and so many places to eat. Parking across the street in the garage was simple (this was a Monday-Wednesday stay). OH- they also accommodated a 2pm late checkout as an IHG Rewards Club Member benefit which was so helpful. I'll book this hotel again for my next trip into town.

The pillows are the fluffiest ever. And I loved the room set up. Overall, the hotel is very Beautiful. I will be staying again soon. My check in was fast and easy. The clerk was so nice and polite. She made me feel very welcome. Parking was very convenient. Which made it more welcoming.

From the moment we pulled into the valet lane until we received our car at departure, the hotel, staff and total experience was incomparable to other hotels we have stayed at. Every employee strived to make our experience remarkable, memorable and satisfying. Each interaction showed the professionalism and knowledge that IHG provides each of their employees. They are the face of IHG that everyone sees, and not only support the hotel as a whole, but make our total experience one that we will always remember.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, but the true reason I will return was the staff. Everyone from the desk, to the breakfast service staff, to the valet was incredible. But the true gem is Chuck the bartender. What a kind, funny, patient man. He knew all of our names and drink orders and we found ourselves wanting to return to headliners to hang with Chuck. Thank you for making a work trip so fun and memorable.

Kyle K was a fantastic valet and for our first time using the service I cannot recommend it more. The car was delivered to the front of the hotel promptly and Kyle offered to take our bags. Will definitely be using the service again for our future visits

This is our 2nd time staying here. Each time has been great. We are big Cavs fans so the location is perfect when attending the events. When we arrived yesterday we were greeted by DeJon at the front desk. He was friendly and very helpful with answering our questions and assisting us with getting what we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

In town for a concert at Rocket Arena. Rooms were clean. Staff were amazing. We had an issue with our room upon arrival and they were quick to address it and even moved us to a new room. Easy access to arena and downtown. Good hotel bar as well.

The suite room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Valet and restaurant had long wait times. However, Chanel was amazing as a server and was very patient with good customer service amongst the craziness. Staff did their best to keep things moving.
