The rooms here is always a great experience the jacuzzi suite feels like your in a luxury hotel. The staff is phenomenal here. They walk you through each step. Make sure you have $250 in your account for incidentals that they refund back if nothing is wrong with the room. This is only for the jacuzzi suite the $250 incidental fee. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a romantic experience with their spouse or partner.

Don't pay any "incidental fee holds" with a debit card unless u want the $200 to stay pending on ur debit card for an entire month! Even when they say they've "released" the money upon checkout they really haven't released anything and the GM Jenni Gaynor will never return your phone call even after calling four different times and being told that you will receive a call by her by the end of the business day and then you got an employee named Mackenzie who is monitoring the caller ID and if she sees your number calling she picks up and hangs up or doesn't even pick up at all because she doesn't want to do her job and just sit on her phone on company time. Matter of fact don't even stay at this location at all I had to call the maumee Ohio location and that nice lady who was working actually explained things to me unlike Perrysburg by far the most unprofessional employees and general manager I've ever experienced in my life 10 out of 10 do not recommend staying at this location. This GM and employee needs to be FIRED! Go to the maumee location where the employees actually give a damn!

I had a wonderful stay at this motel! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The motel also offered free parking, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again during my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Comfort Suites Perrysburg - Toledo South. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. We booked the King suit and I have nothing but a list of complaints. Room was dirty. Walls literally looked as if they had smeared gunk on them that had never been wiped down. Not even fully painted in some areas. Bathroom was dirty. You could see pee around the back of the toilet .Bed was dirty consisting of VERY questionable stains in multiple areas. King suit right next to ice machine so you hear people getting ice all hours of the night. My 5 year old found a condom clearly left from a previous guest. Which further confirms the lack of room cleaning. When I told the front desk of our problems we were told "oh sorry". When checking in we were in a time crunch to make it to a lecture at the college on time. No one at the front desk. I waited. Ended up having to call the hotel and ask if anyone was working the desk. For the price of one Night we expected more.

Worn out hotel. We stayed here on a Tuesday night. The rooms are well worn. We did not use the pool. The breakfast in the morning was not very good. We used to used comfort suites as our go to on long road trips but think it is time to start looking at other options. One bright side is that there is lots of other services close by to the hotel.

The location is great. Around food and shopping within walking distance. The desk clerk was great. The room appeared nice upon entering. Then u look up. There are stains on the ceiling,the mirror has chocolate hand prints, and the worst is the cockroaches. WHY oh why? I can clean the room but I CANNOT Stay with bugs!
