Very friendly staff, breakfast room staff kept everything well stocked and were very pleasant Updated comfortable rooms. Nice refresh of the property. Breakfast was good but another vegetarian option would have been nice. Liked the warm cookies in the evening. However the parking fee that was put in place doesn’t make sense other than a cash up charge. They didn’t used to have this fee and nothing extra was added to the parking experience or security when the fee was put in place.

Just what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Good service, clean rooms and always an enjoyable breakfast spread. Added bonus was the property location situated on the bank of the Willamette River. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the property was a bit dated and probably in need of a little upgrade. Otherwise, the beds were nice, lots of pillows and daily housekeeping. Location was totally fine with less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of OSU campus. Parking was free. which is always appreciated, not a lot parking, but seemed sufficient for the location. Will definitely return on my next trip back to Corvallis.

My husband usually makes reservations for places we stay. I took the ends and outs of doing this for granted. My Granddaughter wanted to celebrate her 21st birthday and saw the pool through the windows...that's where I want to stay Grandma. Sooo, about two weeks ahead of her special day, we went in to check it all out....Staff was excellent in taking me through the process. Her overnight stay in the hotel, only 20 minutes or so from home, was perfect! Good memories made!

There was a softball/baseball tournament of some sort and the walls were paper thin. Children and teens alike rolling in around 10pm. Kids jumping and running around. Loud belching, laughing and showers into the middle of the night. If you’re looking for a great place to have a team stay or are a very heavy sleeper, then this might work for you. We were hoping for a peaceful river view and a good night sleep. We also did not feel super great after eating the rubber eggs and sausage. But room was clean. We’ve slept on more comfy IHG beds before so nothing special there, but wasn’t awful. Staff was never at the desk. Had to wait when we got there and no one was there when we left. We just used the key drop.

When we checked into our room there were hundreds of ants in the bathroom and entry way. We told the front desk and they said they would have maintenance set some traps. I asked if there was another room we could be moved to as it would take a day or two for traps to eliminate the ants. They said they were fully booked, as well as the rest of the hotels in town. I understand that is out of their control and that's okay. However, the solution was to offer us a complimentary bottle of water. That might be an acceptable resolution if our mini fridge wasn't working, but being that we were sharing our room with pests, it left us very disappoint that was in his words was "the best we can do". I appreciated maintenance coming promptly to set traps, however when he walked in an upon seeing the ants said "you have too many" it confirmed to us this was a significant problem. In addition, the toilet would run continuously every time it was flushed, requiring us to open the top an manually unstick the float to get it to stop. Upon checking out we notified the front desk of the issue. Not as a complaint, but as an FYI so they could fix it for the next guest. We were told "okay, thanks" and I'm not convinced it was even going to be looked at. It would have been really easy for them to simply say I'm really sorry you had to deal with that, thanks so much for letting us know and we are going to get right on it. It just seemed like between the ants and the toilet issue nobody really cares about the guest experience.

We stayed here for two nights for the Oregon State University Family Fall weekend. The location was perfect for this. The hotel is located right on the river and we were lucky to have a beautiful view. The property as a whole was modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Beds comfortable. The pool area was awesome to have for the kids, there is both a pool and a hot tub. Every staff member was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely come back in the future!

This hotel is always extremely clean. The rooms have a nice layout and the beds are really comfortable. The front desk staff and those working in the breakfast area are friendly. I enjoy staying here.

We recently stayed here and enjoyed the accommodations. The welcoming-in warm cookies were delightful, the staff was attentive, and the room was very comfortable. The quality of the breakfast food was so-so, but the cold cereals, the yogurts, and the choice of hot beverages were good. My gripe concerns all hotels--I really hate the price gouging on high-demand days such as football weekends. This is so unfair to people with moderate incomes who simply can't afford to pay several hundred more per night. When does "smart business pricing" become exploitive?!
