When this weary traveler got to the hotel, I was greeted by a smiling and welcoming Tiana. She really took the time to make sure I had the room I wanted and was very sweet. The next day I noticed the seal on the garbage disposal was leaking. When I told Ali at the desk, he made sure to put me on the very first call of the day. Ali was another kind and welcoming person who made my stay great. Rod, the maintenance man, and Jennifer, head of housekeeping, came to assess the issue, said it would be a couple hours or so, but then were back and had the disposal replaced before two hours were even up. They were the best!! Took care of me like I was the only guest. This place may not be the latest in decor, but it is very comfortable and welcoming and the people who work there are the best in the biz!!

First time here, enjoyed the stay, decent location just east of U of O. We were greeted warmly and recognized for our Diamond status. Hotel was very accommodating when our plan were changed due to a canceled flight. In town for a football game. We actually walked back to the hotel from Autzen stadium on a nice nature path, took about 25 minutes. Would have been nice to have an indoor dining space for morning coffee and such. A nice, clean, dependable property.

The layout of the rooms (we had two) is nice. The furniture is very worn ... so much so that I didn't even want to sit in the recliner. The bathroom could also use a bit of attention ... kind of dated and a small hole in the shower curtain. All in all, not a bad place to stay, but it could be better.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and courteous. They answered all our questions completely. The room was fantastic - huge in size and comfortable. The river view was awesome. The down side of being on that side of the hotel is hearing 10 police cars with sirens at 1am! The location was perfect - we can even walk to Autzen Stadium!

I reserved my king Suite over two weeks prior to arrival. Once there I was told that somebody changed it to Queen and they didn’t know why. The gentleman that checked me in was very kind. Upon entering my room. There was a strong odor of dog.. granted I realize that this is a hotel that does accommodate pets and I am a dog owner, but this was clearly a room that had not been sanitized. Upon further review, the standalone reclining chair was disgusting, it had spots all over it, hard stains, and torn in several areas. This is clearly a hotel that has been renovated from its quite “old flavor”. I used my points for this stay and for as many as I had to use, I feel such a loss!! I was offered a two bedroom suite for the night that I checked in, but because they were fully booked, they would have to place me back into the same room that they had previously checked me into and to me that is not an accommodation. It’s rare that I write reviews and this year I’ve stayed at approximately 6 or 7 IHG Hotels and started doing them and from January to October I’ve only written 2 bad reviews for this hotel chain. The rest have been beautiful reviews, and the hotels have been immaculate. This hotel is unacceptable.

The room was clean, spacious, with a kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. The staff are helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to answer my questions. I did not have a car, so difficult to get to restaurants/grocery store, but the Cupboard + microwave saved the day!

Absolutely worst hotel in Eugene booked 2 rooms for my employees paid over the phone then when my employees showed up they were charged for the rooms again even though I had just got off the phone and made a reservation with front counter . Tried calling them the next morning to figure it out only to be told I would have to wait 2 days to speak to a manager. We will absolutely never go there again!!

Slept in this hotel twice. Overall, it is a clean and well maintained residence hotel . 1 bedroom queen bed Pros: good kichen setting with quality cuttilaries, pots, and Pyrex containers. Cons: 1.constant kichen ventilation, which dries the room up in the winter 2. Very noisy refrigerator that makes a variety of sounds 4. No lamps above the breakfast table
