Super 8 by Wyndham LaGrande

Basic Hotel that we reserved because it had an indoor pool listed. I let the manager on duty know even though it was significantly more than a couple of the hotels we would have considered management didn't offer any adjustment or incentive for the next trip. I will mention everyone was pleasant.

We stayed for a week during hunting season. The staff were absolutely top notch, accommodating and kind as well as responsive. The room was clean, the hotel very clean, and the pool/hot tub area clean if a bit worn around the edges. While you shouldn’t expect a five star hotel, it is a solid 2-3 stars. Clean, tidy, and well run. Recommended for a budget stay or a quick overnighter. Shares a parking lot with a gas station and a couple of fast food restaurants which is handy.

Cheap place! And I don’t mean $$$$ I mean janky!!!!! the lighting is very dim in the whole hotel. Our room is the only room with the door on the outside of the hotel and zero parking where I can see my vehicle or unload or things it smells musty in the room. Stay away! We drove from Washington to Texas and back and this was the worst hotel we stayed in the whole time. Don’t even want my kids touching a single thing in here

Horrible experience with their staff double charging about $3,200 for our rooms. Charges were reversed quickly then I got ANOTHER charge for $725. I've spent at least an hour on four different phone calls to resolve this mess.

Positive: The rooms were clean and roomy. Negative: Loud slamming doors. Neighbors on second night above and beside us were loud (music, talking in halls, closing loud doors,) hair dryer worked for about 30 seconds then shut off.

We only stayed one night on a road trip East. I thought that their breakfast was more than expected after seeing reviews. My whole family found something. The rugs in the hallways looked a little dirty but overall the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved having 3 queen beds for my family of 5.

My room was simple but clean. I have a very sensitive nose and didn't sleep the mold past guests complained about. Room had a mini fridge, microwave and small coffee pot. Breakfast was as expected - explained to me at check-in. Unfortunately there's no elevator and I was in "the tower" but the stairs weren't difficult and the desk clerk did ask if I needed assistance getting things upstairs. It was right off the highway so that made me happy too!

Staff was really sweet and helped my grandma and her spilled coffee. No fee or anything but there is .MOLD MOLD MOLD sheets are not clean at all walls above shower super gross hot tub was good same with pool and blueberry muffins but the one out of the bag is very…. Ok. Holes in wall and tv was really confusing no elevator when we stayed at a creepy area and needed to take stuff strapped to the back of the car out and it took a while. Please clean your rooms and people might stay here!
