NillThe room was cold took awhile Heat up. Staff was great. Quiet. The room was clean. Booking was fast and saved more money then on bookit.com. But booking through OYO Saved money but it's a fight to get deposit back. They say 10 to 14 business day be back on card but it's been almost 20 business day's and still haven't received it. When I called today they said it'll take another 10 to 14 business days. I will never book through this company again. I will just pay deposit with cash next time. OYO people get RUDE when you call and inquire about it. Will stay at Budget again.

NillThe only negative would be the few rooms I've stayed in, the bathrooms could use some work. Hot and cold are opposite, tiny sinks in large bathrooms and dark showers that looked moldy. Over all though, amazing staff and the rest of the rooms are nicely put together.

Negative: The window in the bathroom did not lock (it did not feel safe at night), the shower head needed some work, the heater/ac system was very loud, no fan in the bathroom, the blankets on the bed were too thin for the fall and winter season.

NillThe room was big and pretty nice. It could use a good cleaning and some fresh paint. My air conditioner/heater needed cleaning and some more freon as it didn't get very cool and the fins were packed with dust. Otherwise it was a good, inexpensive hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and pointed me to a couple of restaurants nearby and were in walking distance. It seemed very safe as well. I will stay there again when passing through.

NillBEWARE. There’s some kind of awful bait and switch operation happening at the OYO hotels in Bend and Madras. I tried to book with both through the call center, then after driving an hour, the desk person/manager tells me the rate I booked isn’t the rate. Happened twice. I drove up to Madras and same story. If I had booked through a third party, it would be different. I booked with them directly. Both employees at both hotels told me this happens ALL the time.

★Positive: We can't say anything good about this hotel, because when we arrived on time, they told that 16 days ago our booking was cancelled and we had to look for another hotel. It was very difficult, because there were 3 of us adults. Negative: When we asked to provide us with a second room for the third person for free because of their fault, they refused us.

NillI booked a room six weeks in advance of a planned stay. I got an email the morning I was scheduled to leave home saying that the hotel had cancelled the reservation at my request. I never requested to cancel. It was impossible to get on the phone with anyone at the hotel. The people at the call center were unhelpful. All the rooms in Madras are now booked, so my weekend is ruined. OYO is trash. I will never book with them again.
