Amazing selection for breakfast, something for everyone in the family and delicious. Room was great with all the amenities of home. Great for a large family stay and room to spread out. Pool area was nice but chlorine was strong. Would've loved to spend more time in there but it burned our eyes. Couldn't find bedding for the pull out couch. Kitchen in the room was great, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms made it so nice for our large family and hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. Overall great weekend!

Check in was swift & smooth altho' I felt like someone told a joke & I missed the punchline. The female front desk agent kept going back & forth between the front desk area & the private office area behind it. She kept laughing & whispering & it began to feel rude. The man that checked me in was quick, friendly, & knowledgeable. We loved the layout of the room & the kitchen area. Perfect sized room for out stay. All the equipment worked well. The dishwasher was not bolted into the counter top tho n it kept leaning forward while loading it. The soundproofing of the rooms were amazing! Very comfy bed. The other furniture seemed a little worn out. Scratched scuffs n stains throughout the room. No do not disturb tags. Some of the breakfast items were amazing. Definitely the best choices I've seen. I'd stay there again for sure.

We had accidentally made the reservation for a day earlier, completely our mistake, because we booked online. We didn’t realize this until we went to check in at 7pm. Christa and Samantha went ABOVE and BEYOND for us, Christa, Samantha, and their manager found out they had one room available and ready to go. They also accommodated us with the cancellation fee and everything, even though it was our mistake. So thank you ladies for making this first stay one to remember, especially when you didn’t have to do anything! Secondly, the room was SPECTACULAR! Very roomy, clean, and a cozy home away from home. The hot tub was amazing and perfectly relaxing. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL and had a great variety! Will definitely be our first choice next time we pass through!

My daughter and I had a suite at this location. We had originally had a booking at a holiday in but that one did not have a hot tub, nor did it do breakfast. So we changed our booking to this one because after driving hours to get to this location we knew we wanted to get into the hot tub in the pool. Pawn arrival we find out the pool in the hot tub are closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Now I know this is an unavoidable thing but I swear it seems like every time I turn around this issue is happening. They apologize in the staff there were kind. The room was decent The space between the bed closest to the bathroom and the walkway was very tiny luckily my daughter and I are pretty able to maneuver around the rooms. I did however trip and fall over a board as you will see in the pictures that was raised up off of the floor. This clearly is an issue in that room and has not been addressed. I did notice lifting and other areas of flooring within the room. There was no offer of a discount to the room for the hot tub and pool incident nor for the issue with the flooring. I do believe having been in management myself for a very long time that something should have been offered given the amount that we were paying to be staying.

When you pay $200+ per room per night you expect certain things to just be a given. Clean floors, tub, shower walls! Kitchen tools & equipment in clean & safe working condition. Utensils & cookware should be clean & in good condition- no broken handles taped back together, no odd colored stains on the furniture and carpet, safety latches on the windows, updated technology devices like smart TVs instead of basic digital LED TVs that were produced in 2010. The location is the absolute best thing about this place! It’s so close to everything! The staff is super friendly & accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls at Empire Mall, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, providing warm and attentive service at every turn. The food was fantastic—both the complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious, which is rare for hotel dining. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything you could need for preparing meals. As a member, I also appreciated the free laundry facilities and business center access—so convenient! The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore Sioux Falls. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Very clean, friendly, good breakfast. The pool area was nice and clean, the hot tub was really hot, but still very nice. Bedroom was amazing and spacious. The blackout curtains didn’t move so we couldn’t close them fully, however the room was excellent and the kitchen is very handy to have.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 2 adult sons. We had a nice ,very comfortable, king size bed and the boys each had their own full size beds. The kitchenette was clean and useful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yhe best we have had! We will definitely stay here again!
