Worst experience, ever, at a motel. Had to ask for towels. Shower head leaked. Girl up front was kind of rude, but, we looked past it. My wife was in bed, and found a bedbug. Looked, and found more. The girl was mad, by time we told her. Said we could get a refund, or another room. We chose the refund. She said no one ever had problems in that room, before. Pretty much that we were bothering her. She was very rude. Go on, keep up giving us that good side, of South Dakota. Your motel is bug ridden, and you're rude, as can be. If you can't handle the job, FIND ANOTHER! Will be calling health department, in the morning. Found a nicer place, for a few more bucks. Don't recommend. You get what you pay for.

If I could give zero stars I would, first all false advertising with closed pool, no breakfast, roaches and bed bugs in room, I did not even stay after I walked in, no one at front desk to get my money back, left got another room, went back before work to get my deposit back, yet closed til 8am I work at 7am out of towner on contract. I will never return nor recommend this should be illegal and a class action lawsuit needs to be done to close this establishment.

Amy S.’s Reviews|1.0 star rating|If I could give a negative number I sure would. WORST MOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN and I've stayed in motels in Mexico. From checking in to check out the customer service was terrible. I had to wait 5 minutes for front clerk to come check me in after calling. I was told I was very rude because I wanted to leave cash as the deposit. I was not told that they don't open until 8 am when I checked in. We are early travelers because we are usually traveling for 8 to 10 hours a day. When we did finally get to check out the front desk clerk saw me coming from the rooms but wouldn't open the door into the lobby. I had to walk around to the front. Then when I told front desk that we were never told we would have to wait until 8 she said that was incorrect because everyone is told they don't open until 8. Well we weren't told. I said that the night clerk was rude to us the morning clerk said they've never had a complaint before. We checked reviews and they were terrible. I wish we had looked at reviews before. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. WORST MOTEL EVER!!!!

We checked in around 8 pm. Had to call someone to come to check us in. We left cash as the deposit. We tried to leave early but they had no one at front desk at 6:45 am. I was told we had to wait until 8 am when office was open. We needed to be on the road very early. If they would have told us that no one is at work until 8 we would have never stayed. When I did check in Front desk clerk told me that I was rude and should be nicer but yet she was the one talking down to me. We will never stay there again. There was one sheet and one thin blanket in the bed. Had to turn the heat up so we didn't freeze. We travel lots and stay in some crazy motels in mexico. I would take a Mexican hotel over this one any day. Terrible service.

Stayed on May, was a last minute plan so had limited hotels to chose from. Hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bedding was old and smoke holes. Floor had linoleum so that at least felt clean. Hardware in bathroom was all broken. We could hear everything between walls ans door. Desk ladies were nice is only good thing I can say about this place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect temperature! Shower in the room was a bit of a tight squeeze if you're not very limber, and could be cleaned a little better. Overall I was happy and comfortable with my stay.

If I could put a zero on this motel I would in a heartbeat me and my husband had not been in the room for more then 5 minutes and I went to pull the cover back and BUD BUGS went everywhere I grab my belongings and throw them out the door my husband went to get the front desk working since there are no phones in the room and she was extremely rude with him basically calling him a lier about the motel I wouldn't put my worst enemy in that motel.
