Courtyard Sioux Falls

Roscoe and his assistant at the bistro were AMAZING. The food was to die for and they really cared. They take their job seriously and deserve a raise! Best food we tried in South Dakota!!

The hotel is nicely located and the rooms have a very nice layout. The fitness room was also reasonably sized with both cardio and weights. However this Marriott hotel was a complete let down! I checked into my room and found the bathroom tub chipped and stains in the grout, but the worse part was the black mildew on the shower curtain. It was disgusting. I cannot believe this is acceptable by housekeeping to let that hang there as guest come and go in that room. |The second disappointment is the lack of complementary coffee in the lobby. This is not a big fancy Marriott hotel. This is a small off the interstate motel. They have a very small bar/restaurant and I was surprised that we were told we had to purchase coffee. Unfortunately it is not open 24/7 so no coffee when leaving early for flights and work.

Positive: Decent, clean, relatively quiet. Negative: The bed was too close to the wall--I could barely walk along it to get in. When someone walks down the hall, the entire floor shakes. They need more substantial construction. The place is nice enough, but overpriced.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only downside is I could hear the traffic from the road below and the parking lot is not big enough. I also thought that the room is cleaned every other day but no one clean it. It was fine but unexpected The staff was friendly. The common area was nice.

i personally liked this hotel , been there twice my whole trip. but the manager is a little racist , and stereotypical. There was a sign in the laundry room that said complimentary laundry detergent & supplies , and when we went down she said they were 2.50$ ea? A kind black lady approached her softly and she started yelling at the black lady calling her rude saying she was approaching her rudely. And then the pool and the pool towels and the rooms are not that nice at all. overall 6/10.

Pat, the general manager, has been exceptionally kind and professional in handling my request. He was always easy to reach and responded promptly. I’m very impressed with the level of service he provided. Throughout the process, I never had to follow up, as he was consistently in communication with me. Thank you!

This hotel exceeded all expectations and we will be staying here every time we are in Sioux Falls. The lobby and rooms were recently remodeled and updated beautifully. Starbucks in the lobby. Small pool. Hot Tub. Clean and quiet. Right off the interstate and next door to the Sioux Empire Mall for any shopping or eating needs. Great service. Great value.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were really good, with the bathrooms starting to show their age. Nothing horrible that a light fix/update wouldn't fix (toilet seat loose, fan didn't seem to do much (clogged?), shower tile could use a bit of attention, better shower mat, etc.). All minor issues, but just wanted to mention this. We will happily stay here again as the location was perfect for our needs. Also, only 1 USB charging port in the room (desk) so bring charging blocks.
