Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre by IHG

I would highly recommend staying here! Everyone was very accommodating to us and the hotel had all the things we needed. They even had cute dog treats for our dogs. Super soft beds and the best shower! If you can, please stay on the 9th floor so you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with Ms.Pam! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast and that we had everything we needed for our trip home! If we ever pass back through Sioux Falls again we will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre!!

I've been a dedicated IHG Diamond member for numerous years. I stay at IHG hotels every chance I get. I also send my employees to IHG sites. This sites has the worst front desk service I've ever encountered. The front desk persons name was Casey. Rude and Unaccommodating. I booked a room for my employee. His name was on the reservation. Since I wasn't there at check in, Casey wouldn't let him check in. It was 9:30 pm. If there was no other available rooms he would be searching elsewhere late at night. I asked who the General Manager was. He refused to tell me. Myself and my employees have been staying regularly at this site each month for the last 4 months. And planned to continue using the hotel every month in the future. Spending over $1k each time. But no longer. They have lost our monthly business. As I told Casey. Never again. All do to a very rude front desk employee.

I consistently choose IHG hotels for their cleanliness standards. While my overall experience was positive, I would have rated it five stars if the elevator had been cleaner during my 3 nights stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the courteous and attentive staff who prepared the food.

We had a wonderful time staying in downtown Sioux Falls. The hotel was within walking distance of everything It has a lovely lobby and lounge. The room was very clean and the customer experience was great. The hotel employees were friendly and kind.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls City Center and the room was fantastic! There's a pillow for everyone's sleep. The freshly renovated room's are immaculately appointed. Beds are comfortable, no back aching after a peaceful night. To top it off the ac was responsive and worked great and we all know what a big deal this is. There's an indoor pool ample parking. Location is close to everything, business, restaurants, arts, museums and more. There's a restaurant in the hotel as well as a convenience store. Enjoy your next stay.

I enjoyed the stay at the Holiday Inn at Sioux Falls City Center on Monday November 11th, 2024. The check in was seem less an fast directions to the room was easy and the restaurant was wonderful there menus were not too pricey, and the food was delicious. The sleep was very comfortable, nice and quiet. It would have been nicer if the bathroom had a little more room but it was manageable. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed there hot cup of coffee. Thank You for a very relaxing stay

Enjoyed it a lot wish there was free or reduced parking. 15 a day is too much when u can park at the airport for 10.00 a day especially when u are gone for 2 weeks It’s convenient. Getting off the plane and having your car right there rather than having to wait for a shuttle which one time took about an hour because we called for the shuttle but someone else took it & we had to call again and wait for them to come back. When u return u just want to get home & not wait for a shuttle

My family stayed here for our spring break. We loved the location that was walking distance from both downtown and Falls Park. We had a great experience at this hotel - good parking, clean rooms, yummy breakfast. No complaints here and hope to stay here again!
