★★★★★This is easily the best hotel in Austin! Beautiful and super clean property located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Close to hip restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and easy access to downtown, while still quiet and serene. |Their breakfast is phenomenal! A few steps above your run-of-the-mill Hilton breakfast for sure. |And kudos to the amazing staff!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Svea at the front desk that always greets you with a smile! |

★★★★★We stayed here recently over a weekend and I found it to be a great place to stay when you need to be in the center of Austin.||The location is east of downtown but close enough that you can get to restaurants and events there if needed. It is a lot quieter at night which I really appreciated.||The hotel is combined with a Hampton Inn which is interesting but really only matters when you go down for breakfast and see a lot more people than expected. |There were still plenty of options to eat and ample seating.||The hotel is still basically brand new so everything is clean and working well.|Parking overnight here is $35 a night which is a little pricey but still much cheaper than the hotels in the downtown area.||It is easy to walk to many restaurants and shops nearby as well.||If I need to be back in Austin I would not hesitate to stay here again.

NillThis hotel is amazing! Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel seems new and is very clean. Lots of room to relax, chill and hang out. They always have coffee and water and a small store. The rooms are amazing and have everything you need. The only con is they clean every other day but no biggie for the buck. Highly recommended!

NillWe came with our dog and they put us in a room close to the door to go outdoors and it was very convenient! The rooms were extremely clean & spacious. The location was very convenient and walkable to many great restaurants. We have to come back to Austin soon & we will be booking this same hotel!

NillNeat hotel, liked that there is a small kitchen area, with silverware and plates. Had a full sized refrigerator and it had a freezer, which is hard to find in hotels. I did not like that the bathroom had a sliding door that did not fully close, which is awkward when you are with extended family. They also did not empty our trash the entire time we were there Friday-Sunday. The beds were really hard as well, but no hotel really has comfortable beds. They had 2 full size beds and a pull out couch. Overall nice stay. Free breakfast was great also. They do sell snacks and microwave meals, but it's way over priced. I suggest stopping by the HEB down the street if you need snacks.

★★★★★great hotel! Staff we worked with (Kristen, Maya, and Lawrence) have been super kind and helpful. Traveling with a big group and they have gone above and beyond to make our stay and experience the best we’ve had yet in Austin. Thank you for a great trip!

NillMy family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in the customer service was friendly, and professional. We received a couple of complimentary goodie bags with water bottles and a can of sparkling water. A nice touch after a full day of traveling in a hot day. The hotel looks brand new, we didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. The free breakfast was delicious, well put together with good selection of eggs, red skin potatoes and sausages, besides the waffle stations, fruit, pastry etc. however, where they really shine is on the omelette station. They have an omelette of the day menu, but they can still customize it to your preference. Felipe and Alexa took GREAT care of our omelettes. Every person of the staff that we encountered made eye contact and greeted us. Our room was surprisingly big, it had an actual bedroom a living room where my teenage boys slept in the sofa-bed in front of the tv, it had a full size fridge, dishwasher, a table for 4 and a long desk with an additional nested table to expand as needed. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and is huge, with a sliding farm door. We got the walk in shower which has a stool and an additional shower head, it was very useful for my son who is recovering from knee surgery. The location is not one I would’ve chosen if I knew the city, however it didn’t really matter since we only came to sleep. They have a secure garage that you need your hotel key card to access. Overall, knowing the quality of the facilities and the commitment of the staff to make everyone’s stay a pleasant one, I’d stay here again if we come back. Thank you to all the staff that is making this place shine.

NillReally nice, new hotel. Like opened 1 month ago new. The best part was that housekeeping did not harass us before checkout time. Our keys also worked until checkout time as well. Having stayed the last 50 days in hotels, I can tell you that is rare… especially for Hilton. The only negative to this hotel is the parking setup. The parking garage is really far from the main door, which is the only door on that side of the building. Which is kind of rough considering it costs $35 to park overnight. But overall definitely a good hotel. I would recommend staying here.
