ARRIVE Austin

My husband and I recently got married here in Austin and stayed with friends and family at the Arrive, and I would highly recommend. We had a great experience with Joshua and the staff at the hotel at any time of the day. We got nothing but high praises about our choice from our guests. Close options for food, night life and drinks. We selected the south side rooms for a quiet experience and we are happy we did. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful and kind among the stresses of a wedding. Thank you to everyone who worked our weekend and thank you to Joshua for all your kindness and hard work. We look forward to staying there and recommending in the future!

Natasha C is amazing. We were waiting in the lobby and she was very accommodating. 10/10 guest experience! She was very gracious and brought us complimentary snacks and water while we waited in the lobby and that is customer service you don't see anymore. Sharon is also amazing and has all the best recommendations for the best restaurants! Will 100% be staying here again.

On the map the hotel seemed far away from downtown but it happened to|be in a vibrant area of Austin full of cultural activities, good|restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a superb building all|concrete with contemporary design. When I arrived the lady at the|desk was quite welcoming. My room was extremely quiet, large and|comfortable. When I left there was a problem with my bill, but it|was easily fixed with one email.

Stayed last week for work and absolutely loved the hotel! It was so beautiful and unique. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting lefty’s pizza to be the restaurant and had no idea they removed it. But what I was most impressed with is the service I received from so many team members! Sharon is one of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. She went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of during my stay. I didn’t catch the bartenders name inside the hotel restaurant (longer hair and I think glasses) but he was also great! I will definitely be coming back again!

What an amazing hotel. It was hard to find the entrance but once we did, we were pulled into an amazing space.||Sharon greeted me, had my key ready, and was ready to answer any of our questions. She even topped up our water.||Then Kristian was the best at the bar! He helped to check with the chef that my allergies wouldn't be an issue and he got me a drink right away. He took the time to explain the menu and make his recs. Will come again!

The staff at the hotel were incredible! Everyone was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed! Ms Sharon was the perfect person to greet us each evening as we closed out our day and Kristian gave us some of the best service we’ve ever had! It’s so rare that we find service so top notch when traveling.

I love staying at Arrive and this is my go to place when I travel to Austin for business trips. I’ve been staying at Arrive for the past two years and always have a great experience. Natasha, the GM, and the staff are wonderful and friendly. Check out Kalimotxo on the first floor- a newish restaurant that is just awesome…Great vibe and great food. Kristian who works the bar is a rad dude and knowledgeable on all the eats and drinks!

From the moment we arrived at ARRIVE Austin, we were blown away by the warm hospitality — especially from Eloys, who truly went above and beyond throughout our entire stay.||He welcomed us with genuine friendliness and made it clear that he was there to help with anything we needed. Whether it was providing cold waters, accommodating a late checkout, or answering questions throughout the day, Eloys was always kind, helpful, and incredibly professional. He never missed a beat and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish.||The hotel itself was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, but Eloys was the standout that made our stay exceptional. His customer service is on another level and deserves recognition.||If you’re staying at ARRIVE Austin, you’re in great hands — and if you get a chance to meet Eloys, you’ll understand why we’re writing this review.
