★★★★★This place was amazing, especially for the price. Me and my Wife’s room was spacious and spotless. The heat and water pressure for the showers is incredible. Snacks were actually a decent price too. The breakfast was very tasty as well. Keep it up Horton, we will be coming back.

NillI’ve never had an experience like this before coming from a hotel. I cannot imagine not having anyone on duty to solve a “paying” customer’s problems. My husband booked the hotel in advance. Arrived at the room and the moment he opened the door, I noticed the old shagged bed covering. So, since it was late, I said just pull that off and put it to the side and we’ll just go out and by sheets because if that looks bad, I damn sure as hell will not sleep on those sheets. Then I went to turn on the shower and a couple of small spiders came from the drain. My husband came in and killed them. I was getting more and more frustrated! After that, I went to removed the bed sheets to replace them with the ones that we bought. While making the bed, in the corner was a freaking big ass dead spider that looked like it’s been there for awhile. Went to front desk to report the problems, and all she can say is the “manager” won’t be back until Monday!!! It’s Friday!!! So my husband says, “so we just have to sleep with the bugs?” She continues to say, There’s nothing I can do. You can take a card and email him. I emailed him, it’s been 3 days and nothing!!!! There’s plenty you could have done Destiny! You could have apologized for the inconvenience! You could have said, I’ll leave a note for the crew in the morning, so that they can have someone bring us new bedding! And you could have said, they will clean the room first thing and remove all the bugs that we had seen!!! She did nothing!!!! We still haven’t gotten a refund because we did have to sleep uncomfortably with the bugs until we left the next morning! Which we were supposed to stay the entire weekend! And still haven’t gotten a call from the manager or received an email!!!! Perfectly awful hospitality!!!!

NillIt was a quick trip to Austin. The service and everything was decent but upon departure, we were charged for a beverage we didn’t even touch. I called the hotel multiple times only for one of the front desk staff to tell me to call at 8 in the morning so I could speak with the General Manager. Next morning I called at 8, nobody picked up. The charge wasn’t much but this is just not right. You wouldn’t want to be charged for something you didn’t even use. As someone who works in the same industry, I wouldn’t expect such behavior.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, quiet, and had a great workspace with reliable Wi-Fi – which made getting work done a breeze. The bed was super comfortable (which is much needed), and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for some uninterrupted rest. Plus, the location is ideal – close to my assignments, restaurants, and public transport. What really stood out, though, is how the manager goes above and beyond. His level of care makes all the difference. Highly recommend for anyone traveling for work – I’ll definitely continue to be back on my next trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NillI've stayed at this location many time for the better part of the year. My most recent stays have been frustrating with respect to housekeeping. Routinely the showers have a lot of built up mildew and twice I've gone to the local HEB to purchase a bleach-based spray cleaner to deal with the mildew myself. Twice now, the coffee cups are missing. A handle was missing on a dresser drawer. A luggage rack was missing from the room. The toilet seat was incredibly loose. On a lengthy stay, housekeeping took all of my dirty towels but didn't leave any clean towels for me to use for the rest of my stay. When I called the front desk to request clean towels and coffee cups, I was told they can't do that and I had to go down to the lobby and get these items myself from the front desk.

★★★★We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We reserved a suite and we were certainly not disappointed by the spaciousness of the room. It was very quiet on both weekend nights despite a couple of girls’ soccer teams staying. |Our room needed an update. The furniture seemed old and on the dingy side. Though the extra room is super nice we felt like there was too much wasted space A bigger coffee table and two large chairs would’ve filled it in nicely. The TV could’ve also been larger in the sitting area. |The food could use an improvement as well. For a full service restaurant the breakfast was no different than what you would find at a complimentary breakfast at a Homewood. |We did truly enjoy our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again however.

NillNathanial welcomed us after a long trip. The room was clean and decent. Location right off 35. Upon checkout I met the most helpful and welcoming spirit in Justone. He was relatable and made each guest a priority. Great team you have there! The toilet has slight leak and I think construction may have back upped the lines. I was actually how impressed the site next to it was secured and clean (for a construction zone).
