Avoid if you can! This is a seedy motel in a seedy area. Lobby is sad. The breakfast is a brown bag with 2 highly processed packaged muffins, a Sunny D, and a granola bar. |I used the toilet upon arrival and looked over at the tub at what looked like maybe a spider. However, it turned out to be mold on the entire strip of caulking on the underside of the tub surround. So gross! I went to call the office and the phone had no coily cord! My husband went down to the lobby and a housekeeper quickly came and cleaned it with bleach. Then a man came with a cord. However, even with the coily cord, we couldn't get the phone to work. |Yes, they do charge (refundable) $100 incidental fee upon checking in.|The floor felt like it had debris on it and was unvacuumed. Towels were paper thin, although no stains. The bed was ok. The A/C was ok. No coffee maker in room. Bare, bare bones room.|Walls are very, very thin. The guests next to us stayed up until 5am with loud talking and laughing and we couldn't sleep 2 of the 4 nights. |The bedside lights do not fully shut off at night (maybe nightlight mode?) and since I'm light-sensitive while I sleep, I should have brought an eye mask. I ended up draping jackets over them to darken the room. |We worried that our rental car would be broken into bc the area is very run down with graffiti and unsavory people milling around. The outdoor lighting is very bright, though. We chose it bc it's close to downtown.|If you're on a very tight budget, then take the risks.

More than an 1 hour to check in because credit card machine was down for the $100 deposit. Lady at the desk was very rude. When credit card machine was back on she went into the guest room and turned off cards. My things were definitely gone thru. One guest said he was named when she walked in the room. Ice machine was broken. Pool was disgusting with floating diapers. No breakfast offered. Beds are ok and the hotel has been quiet besides the homeless in the street. Found items from previous guest in the room. Best Western next door would've been better. America's WORST value inn

Room smelled stale. Like week old cigarettes. The walls were so thin the man next door woke everyone at 4am hacking and coughing. On top of that I was bitten 4 times on the shoulder with something. Cut stay short and went next door to best western

I didn't know the area when I made the reservation. When I pulled up the atmosphere was run down, homeless people walking around. Despite the front desk/owner obvious discord of wanting to do the job. I made my way up several flights of definitely unsafe steps and opened the room door. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and smelled really good. Fresh towels. I didn't see any other motel bath luxuries. Had a flat screen TV. No remote. Small fridge. Had to go twice to the front desk just for the remote. Overall, wasn't quite as hopeless as I thought.

Avoid this place at all costs! The room was absolutely filthy—cockroaches crawling around, a bathtub coated in grime and mold, and an overall stench of neglect. The worst part? The tap water was unbearably oily. It felt like the pipes hadn’t been replaced in decades, making it completely undrinkable. Taking a shower was out of the question, so we packed up and left within an hour. The staff was completely unhelpful. We had to call the manager five times before they finally agreed to give us a refund. There’s no proper breakfast offered—what little food they provide isn’t fit for a child, and to make things worse, they operate with an expired food license. The atmosphere was chaotic, with groups of people drinking and blasting music right outside. No matter how tight your budget is, staying here is a mistake. You’ll likely have to switch hotels the same day, costing you far more in the end. Stay away!

Do not go here! There were cockroaches in the room. The bathrub was not cleaned with mold and other disgusting gunk. Worst of all the water was terribly oily! Perhaps pipes that were never changed, but you should never drink that tap water. We left within 1 hour after we realized we could not take a shower here at all because of the oily water. The manager had to be called 5 times!! before they would let us leave with our money. They have no breakfast, it is mot something you would even give to a child as a snack. They operate with an expired food license. The premises were filled with people drinking and listening to music on the porch. You have no reason to go here, no budget justifies this, you will have to find another hotel the same day and it will end up costing youore anyway.

Incredible price. If the room isn’t livable, I’ll edit this review, I promise. If not, I won’t change it. If I’m pleasantly surprised…. I’m only writing this now to kill time before checking in. He’s letting me check in a little early. I’m going straight to bed. So, off to a good start. Everything looks surprisingly nice on the exterior, parking lot included. Great location. I just walked to IHOP. It took 15 seconds. But yeah, for the price, this is amazing.

Positive: Staff professional, clean hotel, nice rooms with comfortable beds, quiet hotel. Negative: The breakfast is two muffins, granola bars and Sunny-D drink! A trap for diabetes!
